No other pharmacy software can compete with Prime RX. They provide biweekly updates and they listen to what the customer needs

Every support call we place And ask for support they waste your time and have trainees on this line who even does not know how to fix certain problems and they will not pass the phone to higher level up until you get frustrated with them . Higher level techs never return any phone calls!!!!! Their programming is not very user friendly .

Micromerchant has great team of hardworking smart people, ready to help your pharmacy in any way to run it smoothly.
I would recommend any start up pharmacy should look for PrimeRx & supporting products.

I own a Compounding Pharmacy in Surprise Arizona and I am using Micro merchant systems for my dispensing. This software is loaded to the brim and they are extremely helpful when support is needed. They are very innovative the way their software is built with lots of opportunities for the future. The pricing is also comparatively cheaper than competitors. I will recommend this company any day. Best phamacy management system . Great place to work at. Serving independent pharmacy industry for about 30 years. Much loved in New York and spreading across the nation. Foot print is present in about 40 states now . Love technology love helping .

Do not ever buy this software. These guys are totally dumb. They try to fix one issue and creat one pretty bad and they end up blaming ur ur machines. Got tired of them dealing with them every time for my all the pharmacies! Do not recommend to anybody. Its not worth ur time. Also, all typical Indian guys they don t know well english u as an owner is stuck with them cause non of ur American employees understand them. Get out of the as soon as u can before u go big keeping them.

Help desk is " helpless desk" . Lately very very very poor tech support. working to change system . please don't use this software.

customer service is getting very bad, one know how to fix the problem, and supervisor tech " they do not care how many time you call support center for help , you never received call on timely manner
