Very good quality and amazing service. Don t waste your money at Apple when you can come here instead. He s very delicate and precise. He knows how to take care of his customers and makes the extra effort to satisfy customers. 10/10 recommend, my screen looks great and he even took the time to clean out my speakers and improve my overall phone quality. Also has a lot knowledge on phones.
My sister and mom had to take her school laptop there to get fixed. The man (I believe the owner) is very personable and consistent. He made sure to do whatever he needed to get her laptop completely fixed, and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place for any phone, laptop, or iPad repairs.
I have used Microfix three time in the past 2 years. They have always taken good care of me. These guys are really awesome and doing great job. Best thing about this business is they always offer two options for iPhone screen replacement and their prices are much less than the most other repair shops around Tempe. After requesting a quote from Microfix I was given a call back within minutes and was happily surprised w the low rates they offer. When I arrived I was even able to get a bundle deal with an improved battery along w my screen replacement and all for a very low cost. Mike helped w the whole process and was very friendly and helpful w all of my questions. Hopefully I don t break my phone again and have to come back haha but if I do I will definitely be coming back here. 10/10 would recommend!!!
I don't even know where to start, all I know is that this Company is AMAZING!!! I just got my iphone fixed today by the owner, and he was such friendly person. He was VERY professional and gave GREAT customer service! He was able to fix my phone within minutes and gave me a discount for being a first time customer! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing to get their phone or laptop repaired. Forget about going to the Apple store and wasting a ton of time and money. Excellent service. My moms phone battery had expanded to the point of separating part of the screen from the body of the phone. I called and even though they were 15 minutes from closing on a holiday they were willing to wait for us to come and get the battery replaced. Fast and friendly service once we got there and had a new customer discount. Would recommend again if you re in the area.
Let me start by saying I used to work in phone repairs, so I have some knowledge.The service here is amazing, mike at the front desk really took good care of me he is an amazing sales rep. He knew what he was talking about he was honest and straight forward. Helped me understand all my options. Gave sound advice. For future repairs this is the place I will use. Amazing customer service polite people.
I had a great experience here! The man who helped me went above and beyond for my cracked phone screen. He gave me two options for a new screen and explained the price differences and pros/cons between the two. He even added in an phone charger and pop socket free of charge! I will definitely be using this place again in the future.
The gentleman that helped me today was very helpful and friendly. I was here yesterday due to camera issues from a screen replacement from a different company and he helped me within 15 minutes with the issue. The next day I came in for the back screen replacement since a completely different and separate company could not do it. Altogether was a great experience and would recommend this place for any phone repairs!
