Outstanding employment, quality parts, excellent service...

They seriously need to drug test with machinery people high and reeking of pot should not be there

Terrible place to work. Machines are old and do not run. Few technicians to repair over 100 machines. Clearly a slap job operation with no intent for longevity or quality. Paper work is lengthy and unnecessary. Ive spent more time standing around than running a machine.

Management was friendly though. So 2 stars.

Great place to work and move up, I started as machine operator, then moved to trainer, then supervisor, then manager, sadly I had to move on, If I could give 6 stars I would, im going to miss everyone, their good people.
God bless MPM and everyone who works there.

Terrible place to work half of the shift are sometimes lazy and when younger people are hire the man prey on us like wet dogs

I do a daily load thats going to Dexter axles, the shipping poeple are nice and freindly, i get loaded within an hour.

10 years experience in manufacturing. MPM could make some policy changes but... I'm not the owner/operator. The over time was superior, thanks.
