I took the 7 week challenge thinking I would work out a bit, diet a bit, and lose 5-10 lbs. I never even thought about a Paleo diet that Craig (the owner) is an advocate of. After looking it over, and with my wife's help, I decided to give it a go. For me it was the best diet ever, if you like eating steak and chicken and pork. Between diet and exercise I lost over 25 lbs in the 7 week challenge. The gym and the people were fantastic, friendly, and with easy to learn instructions, I was feeling confident the very first day. The class sizes were small with personal attention to form, and I never felt bad for not being able to do as many reps as the regulars. I would recommend this gym and program to anyone, young or old, in or out of shape. I have lost 35 lbs to date and have the tools and confidence to continue my weight loss journey. MICHIGAN KETTLEBELLS ROCKS!!!!
