Had a wonderful meal at Strip Steak. The 2015 bottle of Quintessa was the perfect complement to the steak (which was perfectly cooked). Best seating is down stairs in one of the curved banquettes. They line the walls and are much quieter than the open tables in the middle. The service was excellent.

We come to Miami often and we ALWAYS come here. Food is usually delicious. We always come here for the tomahawk steak. First off, service was completely terrible. Our server came to us about 3 times for the span of 15 seconds rushing..as we were in the restaurant for 3 hours!!! Also, I asked a bus boy to get something for me and he said, sorry I can t I m not a server. It was literally right behind him. I know it is a pandemic but we saw 3 servers on upstairs. Why fill the restaurant completely when you have no servers. Not even that. They had bus boys, and food runners doing all there work and they already get a 20 percent tip, so they could careless how there service is. Not even a manager came up to us. Steaks were served and NO ONE came to see if it was cooked okay... which it wasn t at all 160 dollar steak was cooked wrong. No one to tell because no one was around. As I said before we get the tomahawk every time we are down here and it was not the same at all. Meat tasted way different then usual. It was a disappointing dinner. To spend over 600 at a restaurant is crazy when everything went wrong. Our server was quick with giving us the check though....

This restaurant exceeded all expectations. Every item was to drool for after experiencing the first bite. My friend and I had the cocktail shrimp as an appetizer and an order of the mashed potatoes to accompany our respective steaks.
The restaurant gets a five out of five for me. Elodie gets a six out of five. Come visit this restaurant. You will not regret it.

The staff needs to be retrained our waiter was touching our silverware with his bare hands til we made him put on gloves, the bartender had no mask on an the chief was touching the temperature of the food with is bare hands. A waiter was scratching in font of everyone . But, I must say the food was excellent. An they need an elevator we were seated downstairs an having to walk up twoo flights of stairs after a big meal is to much and we had a couple of drinks. Do you say lawsuit waiting to happen.

I mean it's red lobster, it was amazing years ago. But going back years later, it's just bland. Food has no taste but butter and garlic
The service was good, host amazing, the atmosphere clean and tidy.
Even the food looks great but that didn't matter.
I had appetizer
Loster spinach dip with nachos.
It was boring and good for the cheese but very little spinach.
Loster Alfredo pasta had no taste what so ever. Ate a few, box it up for later ill reheat it up and cook it myself, next
Dessert couldn't go wrong i said...
Brownie with ice cream on top.
Brownie wasn't fresh at all and not even heat up at least so it could be soft because it was pretty hard.
But my server was generous to take it back
I felt bad writing this cause this used to be my favorite restaurant growing up. But my taste buds definitely change and now i got introduced to other places with better quality and more fresh.
But adios red lobster its been a long journey. Ill come for drinks tho

Classic elegant steakhouse , but not stuffy . The service was outstanding. Our server Elody , and the manager , Angelo , made our first experience at Strip Steak a memorable one with their wine & food suggestions and tidbits of the history attached to Strip Steak as well as the landmark hotel Fountainbleu .
Chef Rodrigo and his staff didn t cease to amaze with plates of perfectly cooked and presented food . Beware of the bread , truffle butter infused & addictive. The Waygu steak was out of this world good .. not over seasoned , tasted like steak , with choices of sauces if you like . Simple sides to compliment , like a BLT wedge salad ( The name doesn t do it justice ! So good ) fresh tasty crispy fries , Brussels sprouts .. and Dessert ! Be sure to leave a little room for the chocolate Ganache cake !
I m looking forward to bringing friends and tasting more of their menu.
