I wish there was words or that I was better at verbalizing my families experiences with Micheal and his legal team but I am definitely going to try to cover it all in my following review. Michael and his team not only handled our initial case with the upmost patience , kindness and professionalism, they also showed us why his firm stands out as the one in a million team they are by the way they handled the random hiccups we encountered almost 2 years later.

When we encountered a issue, Michael and his team immediately utilized all their knowledge of the law to get the issue cleared up quickly and finalized correctly. As soon as we contacted Michael and his team they immediately got to work clearing up the issues from another company's mistakes with his teams hard work. Michael got all the issues resolved by utlizing his knowledge, his contacts and his genuine care for his clients immediately.

Please know that no matter what you have going on or your previous experiences you have had with any legal team in the past, if you need a caring, genuine and professional legal team fighting for you and your family whos 100% on your side, there's no better firm then Michael and his team!

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. When I came in for my consultation, I was at the lowest point of my life. If this attorney allegedly handled the world's most complicated bankruptcy case he apparently must not be able to handle or understand the concept of a creditor in possession of exempt pre-petition assets AKA theft. For a case in which my economic damages alone are at least $200,000, and I'm a paying client, one would think such a skilled attorney would be more than eager to take my case. Sounds like a bare minimum pencil pusher if you ask me. NEXT!

In response to your defamatory statements, one your attorneys expressed interest in my case prior to me even contacting your firm as it was a referral. And furthermore he DID agree to take on my case and then he dropped the ball prior two weeks later claiming his case load was too high. My wages are just as subject to overturnment in a plaintiff brought adversary case as any other employees garnished wages. Just because I'm a victim of misclassification, fraud, and malicious prosecution by my current employer (yes current. I was reemployed by the same creditor / employer in question which your attorney knew or should know) does not make my claim have any less merit. In the contrary, it should make my case that much more appealing. So please kindly refrain from trying to further blacklist me regarding factual details you clearly are unaware of. Thanks.

Ted was knowledgeable, Patient, very understanding to our issues, and very easy to talk with.

He answered all our questions.
He listen. No questions were unanswered.

I knew far in advance I was going to have to file a chapter 13. So over the course of a year, I consulted with over 6 different BR attorneys, never telling any of them what I had learned from any of my previous consults. All I can say is O'Brien was heads and shoulders above the others in pure professionalism.

My case was not simple. It involved a divorce, a home plumbing business, and other assets, and his systematic approach to dealing with everything I handed to him continually put me at ease. If you do your part and provide him with all the needed information, he will make the other BR attorneys look like chumps with his efficiency. I am so grateful I stumbled upon him. You never want to need an attorney, but if I ever do, he is now my go to.

That's correct I've never done business with this firm. However my review was based off me contacting you via your website chat and was told I would receive a call. Then I texted to make sure they had my information and were going to call and the person assured me you would. A week later still no calls so that's why you receive one start for poor communication and non responsive. First of all dealing with attorneys is daunting and scary at the same time. Fortunately for me I was referred to Oliveros & O'Brien. I had the pleasure of working with Mr.
