If there is a negative star rating i would give negative star. The WORST ever company. Even after receiving so many bad reviews, they NEVER improve. Kept making mistakes. Call never pick up; email never reply. You need to call like a hundred times to get the call answered. Then they say they will check and get back to you. And they never do. I do not why such company exist to torture people. If you are not interested in running business, please close down your company and stop making other people suffer.
Personally went through a horrible time with this company.I submitted a claim and they rejected it reason being i attached different person's claim attachment who i'm not sure who he is.When i called up,their staff from Claim Department called RINA was extremely rude and with a very bad mannerism.She refused to give me her staff ID nor transfer the call to her manager upon my request.Is this how you treat your customers?Advise to the management;You need to seriously change your staff's way to work efficiently and the way they treat your customers.Don't even deserve a star!
I submitted my claim here and rejected it for the first time because of the x breakdown details. When I ask my doctor, he tells me the details of the bruise .. The medicine is because of the lump sum price. It is because of him that he is not alone. Eh, the clinic is not in the hospital .. It is the clinic that is in the x and the hospital area .. Lousy experience and slow customer service. Calling them wanted to ask about the status of my Micare account but never pick up the call!
Really hard to claim, always giving excuses.. take too much time even to inform people the claim is failed..
everytime i came hospital to see a doctor and take my medicine very slow to get GL i think mi care u need do something especially at customer services side when our admin gl hospital make a call to you all . Why my company take your company insurance very suck
If there is a negative star rating i would give negative star. The WORST TPA company in Malaysia ever. CS not helpful. No payment status updates until now. Claim took very look to approve and when already approved, until now don't want to reimburse back. I do not why such my company/ HR engaged the worst of the worst TPA in the market, do they do the checking or due diligence? If you are not keen to reimburse claim, please close down your company and stop making other people suffer.
They work as if the whole world revolve around them. Totally not compassionate towards the patients waiting in the hospitals

Poor service, doesn't deserve for a star. Wait an GL can be whole day waiting. In case emergency can be cause to dead because of slowness. What a shame who created this insurance company.

I will give ZERO star if I can do so! Waited painfully 4 HOURS for the GL letter just for admission! The kind receptionist help to call and complaint few times + follow up, every time they replied "still processing"?! If it is emergency case I think I died already!!!
I had been waiting the GL since 10am until 430pm the GL is not out yet and claimed it take more than few months only disbursed claim amount after few chased. I think this is the worse insurance in the world.
My account has been blocked and i contact them through google play services then a few minutes they reset it for me..i tried by called the phone number before but no answer..but reseting password through google play services is wonderfull
Sad that my employer choosed this company for insurance.
Slow service. Waiting for GL for whole day to discharge. Called few times to follow up the status and received feedback that the documents are all settled and no pending item. Called one and a half hour later, said need further 15mins to upload the documents. Ended up patient spent whole day doing nothing just to wait for discharge.
Worst 3rd party insurance company, please don't deal with them.
I have submitted the clinic claim of RM46 only. Date of submission is on 8th April, approved on 22nd April. Up until now, I did not receive the claim into my account. Very slow, CS also did not help but just saying they will pay it. It been more than 1 month now. Very poor service. Why la the company ditch PM care for this thing!

When I call the operator to report about my problem, someone has pick up the call but just in a second they directly turns off the phone. Wtf

This company is worst joke ever! Getting claims has taken over three months, no case ID given nor any updates. Avoid at all cost, this is even on Malaysian standards beyond ridiculous!!

Refuse to issue GL even after met all the criteria, no proper reason and explanation given. The company need to consider human element as a service company, not train all your staff to be like robot. You will lose out to other providers if continue in this way.
Their eClaims system on the web tells a lot about the company. A company that does not care and make things easy for its customers. Their main website is just a facade to their substandard eClaims system and customer service.
Not even deserve one star. Very slow service and cannot get to the operator when call. I saw many complaint in the review but Micare never try to improve or take care about that. No improvement at all to better their service. Micare only knows how to get money from customer but fail to deliver good service.
Took nearly 2 hours just to issue a GL for a ER checkup. The hospital staff keep calling to ask for status and yet it is still so damm slow to give a confirmation. Worst company ever
