How can people survive by using their website to claim their insurance. Their website is extremely hard to use and understand, and when you are trying to contact their customer service, it says that you have no permission to contact the customer service. Can you improve your app and your website to make the claim more user friendly?

Not eligible for star .. no star for no post post .. read all negative comments as slow giler service ... call takder org pick up .. want to wait GL for hours .. comments not treated .. stupid what company .. is not eligible to be in the "service provider" field. To the company that wants to take the pls consider for your staff and your own good. Thanks ..

I'm shocked that this can be classed as a 24 hour emergency assistance line. The staff are slow, don't speak or understand fluent English. They can't locate details by policy numbers which is what is printed on the medical cards! It took 23 mins to get information for a 24 hour panel clinic open for a friend having chest pain. They keep asking the same questions over and over again... The closest panel clinic to KLCC is 4km away. I would seriously rethink your medical card if your insurance company uses them as their "Emergency Assistance Provider". You will die in an emergency due to their incompetence.

Today 10/01/2020 at 2.16ptg I call mi wither staff really care line "RUDE" Below my husband stomach pain to KPJ Klang. What staff are upset about what? DON'T YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING ?? if i see a doctor x i would definitely check if it hurts! So what's the problem with the staff? Even though we use insurance we pay for it !!!! From day 2 until now 7.11pm is still waiting to enter the room due to the process Slow insurance .. # before the Asian Assistance staff x was as bad as this one

What a bad service by micares.. Waiting so long for confirmation of eye drop only.. Cover or not by micares.. Don't make people waiting la.. We have our entitlement what... Farmasi request me to go back if micares not cover this..what a service that you give Micares!!!

The worst panel service ever came in. A hundred times call x at the lift on 17/5 / 2019.PM CARE is more than just a car if you can get GL if tghmlm..PM CARE anytime can get GL x to stgh jam je.MI CARE cover je company u all kalo x bisa bg servis yg patut ..

rubbish service - fill in application form at hospital - they fax to micares for approval - over 2.5 hours wait !!! late for hospital appointment by 90 mins....same thing last time - prince court hospital say always the same with micares.....

Quote from their homepage : "we combine unmatched flexibility, cost management efficiency, leading software & mobile applications solution" is A TOTAL BS AND A JOKE. Their website is nothing more than an ads. Nothing functioning. No links or ease of navigation what so ever. Customer service is beyond horrible. It took numerous phone calls on different days for my call to finally been pick-up. Its really a wonder how they still can survive. If its not because of my company subscribe to them, i would never ever subscribe to your company's insurance. You don't even deserve that 1 star.

Takes forever for them to fix an issue I brought for weeks! When I call, they can't even help me. Edit: Realized that it was an issue with the isurer and not a MiCare issue itself. Was kindly helped by a MiCare representative (Gabriel) to help escalate the issue.

Worst insurance ever. Im admitted to hospital for 3 days due to stomach ulser. I got flu during admitted and ask for medicine. Insurance rejected the claim as is not part of disease.. Do you expect patient to walk to general clinic and ask for medicine. Its common disease. What if I admitted for a month and got fever on and off...

The problem is that the patient needs to be treated by the treating Physician and KO says they want to consult WHAT !!! !!! ! .. i am complicit in my situation ... remedy for 2 dollars i x claim la B @ ($! $ -) but this is a hundred dollars ... it should be easy for me .. as a company i am insurance YOU !!! ... yall right ... reject multiple times claim me .. customer service says the same thing !! .. ptutnye help me solve the problem !!! ... CONSULTION ABAH YOU !! .. i pray you get sick the same then the whole xx cover my pain ... MICARE HAPREKKK !!!

once you out from the apps it'll lock automatically . Need to call mi care & thats so much trouble for those use the apps especially on weekend. the rate of medicines is low quality. And Why need to separate rate A and B

I made a status check on my claim. And guess what? Instead of checkig, MiCare passed me around instead of taking reaponsibility And this is the second time I had to chase and escalate to get my pending claim. No wonder they have such a terrible review here.

Horrible customer service, MirCare has been giving me A LOT OF TROUBLE in claiming my medical bill. Most importantly, their customer service line will CUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY ONCE IT REACHES 10 MINUTES, this is ridiculous and unacceptable! I wonder if they have recording system to improve their customer service quality. Tips for other patients: Always make sure you ask and write down the operator's name before you proceed your queries. Different operator will be giving you different answer, they don't even allowed patients to escalate cases to their customer service manager when they cannot resolve the case or giving the company's standard answer and hope patiently will bury this case. Anything that you are unsure of, please email to MiCare and make sure you keep these as supporting documents in future as they tend to challenge something that they mentioned in the email, end up you might need to folk out your own money. However, sometimes I still do get very helpful operators, that will be my lucky day.

Haven't even started using their service and their web site after you logon does not say anything who are their panels, what is the coverage nothing. it's like a dead site upon login. First Impression already a complete failure!

Very bad respond..ill personaly have to call insurance and have to follow up by myswelf to satle the GL with hospital..it take 1 week to satle the GL. My GL limit 50K but why micare just wanna provide GL 10K. after 1 week in the hospital and when time to discharged the bill is 25K, but why micare still issued GL 10K. just do and satle the job 1 time only laa..just give the GL 50K, why so fussy and get things so hard...please improve micare...if u in the hospital and suffer from the operation, do you think you can think of other problem? do you?????

Very poor services and very hard to get claim.. I hve sent all doc as provided by hospital but claimed still rejected. Hopefully, my company wont use this insurance anymore. Its very stupid insurance

the worst of the worst. words cannot describe how rubbish the service is. don't know why corporate client still use their worse than poor service. waited for final bill for discharge more than 6 hours. maybe their TAT is 24 hours.

No star deserved for Micare. Slow response and very difficult to issue GL giving many excuses to buy time. Highly not recommended. First time I come across service provider asking customer to seek doctor's prescription first before they issue GL!

Both my employer, previous and current one use Micare for their employee....coverage is wide. The clinics easy to find. I like to go to Mediveron, so they are Micare panel as wel.... They have apps so u can check ur utilisations, nearby clinic, ur history etc. Conveniet

Tried to submit claim submissions both in mobile apps and website but both either hang, site administrator issues. Note that their apps allow only 2MB attachment which is ridiculously small, given that COMPLETE document to minimize back and forth communication requires bigger than that. What is even more frustrating is that the Contact Us column, also hangs when you tried. I have tried all avenues to reach out and ask for support. You guys make life complicated if not making clients more ill by the sub par services. You guys need severe improvement overhaul quickly and make our premiums worth every sen.

Micare took a while of more than an hour to issue GL for my outpatient husband who had experienced side effect of heart palpitations post operations on his knee and elbow. Hope that Micare will improve its turnaround time in issuing GL.

Ridiculous and unworthy company. No point being an insurer. Rejecting claims without appropriate reasoning. Always looking for ways to reject. Replies emails with a tone. No polite customer service behaviour. If I could give zero starts, I would.

I had issue login apps with reset password. The apps still show account block ask me call help line. So what the help line number. Genius (failed to show the number) Ok.. i use Google found My care number... Sorry story turn to another Genius auto auto answer machine. Only provide 2 options 1. hospitalization 2. Clinical claim. So where is the option for login.. Genius of the Genius.
