Review update. DO NOT WASTE $30,000!!!! It has been 14 months since I graduated and I am starting to think this school does not send out diplomas. Any contact with the school goes through an operator who cannot help you with ANYTHING and gives you email addresses that do not work. Thank you again for taking my money

Definitely not as much hands-on training as I was promised. I had more on the job experience than most of the instructors I had. A couple of my classes actually did not have the book needed for the class until a couple days into the class. The Microsoft surface that was supplied to us was about half the price at Best Buy from what the school charged us. Many of the books were also up charged and were cheaper on Amazon. After I graduated the career services were very helpful with jobs, although I am still working for the same company I worked for before I got my degree. The main reason why I made this posting was due to the absolutely terrible service I received from bookkeeping. I requested help with something three times on the phone and two times in person and I have still not received the documentation I requested. A simple phone call explaining why you either cannot do something or why it is taking so long would have been the professional thing to do.

This school cares little to none about its students. Constant disrespect from instructors. Doesn't give students the items that they pay for. Withholds funds from grants and lies to students about reasons. The management is lazy and does little to nothing to help students. The instructors will fail students due to the instructors inability to teach or help and force you to retake the course just to waste your money. I highly recommend not going here. Save yourself the hassle.

Really good HVAC program all the instructors are very knowledgeable and everything they have is practice working on actually works. Just DO NOT BUY THERE LAPTOPS they are over priced Pieces of garbage. Other than that no complaints and would highly recommend going here.

The teachers and program are amazing. The recruiters and financial aid reps are really good too. Always helpful towards students.

Unfortunately the record keeping and the student payment officials are very unprofessional and lazy and just don't know how to do their job. Make sure you keep a record of every payment you ever made, they do not send you an accurate statement, and I'm not sure they understand english.
I have made formal complaints just for them to have an attitude with me. Not trying to be super negative but it seems they are ALWAYS messing up my payments! How hard is it to do one job?!
I have been dealing with them for 7 years paying off what I owe the school and they have been the worst place I have ever dealt with!

They will find a way to screw up your payments. And I have always been respectful but I am past the point of patience with this place. I am so glad I never have to make another payment to them. Also I have had to update my phone number and address with these people over 15times And I only moved once and changed my phone number twice.

Completely ridiculous. Very unprofessional record keeping!!!

Have had 4 of their student in my shop over the last year, 3 quit within the first weeks & a half the forth was fired for being unable to complete basic tasks midway through the third week. This place is a puppy mill! Students coming out with a license are not even close to being ready to work in this industry! Can t change a tire, can t do an oil change, cant clean/gap spark plugs, can t do basic servicing this is way beyond unacceptable!

Some teachers are pretty good and they take great care of you. The rest of the school just pushes you through for money. They charged me 800 for a pc that cost 250. That's just part of it.

Don't waste money. They steal money from you. Paid OVER 30k even in high-school program. Ridiculous
