Miami valley christian academy Reviews

A lot of reviews out there are old, and a lot has changed, unfortunately not for the best...

1. It is an extremely bad sign, when a bunch of very good teachers, leave or are pushed out. This has really started happening over the past few years, and even more this year.

2. Nepotism over qualifications are rampant, and have been for years.

3. Dress code is not adhered to, especially during the dances. (Extremely inappropriate for a "Christian" School.).

4. Some students report that others go into the bathrooms during the dances to have sex.

5. I personally found a used condom in the parking lot, not around any dances, and asked the students about it. They said that others go out at lunch to their cars to have sex.

6. Bullying is certainly an issue. (I guess its only an issue for those being bullied) :-(

Any organization is a reflection of its leadership, or lack thereof.

I have had a great experience with Miami Valley Christian Academy. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and they work hard to ensure that each student gets the support they need. The curriculum is rigorous and prepares the students for college and beyond.
