I have been coming here all my life and had a good experience before until last night. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. I was in the waiting room with my son for 4 HOURS!! Then taken to a room finally, where the nurse did not check up on us and completely forgot about us for 2 MORE HOURS. If it were not for us standing outside our room door to ask what was taking so long we would of never left. They finally did X-rays and we left at 7 hours. They gave my son no medication for his pain. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN. GOING TO JOE DE MAGGIO NOW.
In the radiology section, pesimo.pesimo.citan at 10 a.m. ... they tell you to arrive at 9 a.m. and it's 11:35 a.m. with an appointment that has been made months ago, and they still haven't seen me.
What can I say about my experience here? My child has had neurological issues and needed a 24 hr EEG. The staff here were more than amazing and deserve an enormous thank you for treating me and my daughter so kindly. I don't remember everyone's names but thank you to Maggie who was an enormous help and all of the other nurses who were great as well. I can never forget Ana who hooked up my kid to the machine. She was so kind and I will never forget her and how cool she was with us. No one ever wants to be in the hospital so again thanks for making our stay so comfortable.
On hold 25 minutes to make an appointment. Yep, the line went dead and now am waiting over an hour, I never wait less than an hour to schedule an appointment with specialists :( Great hospital just difficult to schedule appointments.
