Miami Beach Golf Club Review

We go here often for breakfast or lunch. The food, service and ambience are above average for this price point. Full bar. Ample free parking. Blackened fish tacos are always a winner.

Golfing on the course of Jackie Gleason, great service and a well maintained and challenging course.

While this course is one of my favorites in Miami and Broward, is sad that sour proshop attendant ruined the experience for his nasty, disrespectful, uncalled for attitude.

My buddie's credit card lost the Chip and wasn't going through. This fellow tried to slice the magnetic strip and it didn't work either. I dare to suggest that he tried to slice it the other way, and that's all was need for this guy to get nasty, asked me if I thought I didn't know what he was doing, that if I could do better, how much I would pay if I couldn't.
What a major ... and what disrespect for the clientele!
"I didn't mean to bother you, just trying an idea that might help" I Said, "well, you are bothering me trying to tell me how to do my work as I didn't Know better" he replied.
He must really have a difficult life at home to bring that attitude and treat clients like that.
That is a situation for management to look at, I would say, if they care about customer service and providing an enjoyable experience.

Greats field. Prices are very high though but if you have the money to spend and you love golf this is one of the best in South Florida

Great golf course in Miami off of Alton Rd. Not cheap if you don't have a discount card

Miami Beach Golf Club has really good food, good prices in a nice setting on the golf course. A real gem!

I was in Miami for a conference. I took a couple of hours to stop by the Miami Beach Golf Club facility for a lesson. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Martin Bartolome. In less than 10 minutes Martin identified my main faults. The key factor was too much grip pressure. We then worked on my short game which needed a lot of help. In addition to being a great golf teacher Martin is a terrific person. Joe Wade

Very nice to relexsen very clean and well maintained and you have the opportunity to cool water to drink to small water tanks

The course is in very good condition, the new procedure to pay the green fee it's excellent, don't need to go to the office. The speed of the greens is fast.

Has a great location and beautiful lay out! Worth playing it also just for the history.

It will cost you an arm and a leg to play here, but the course is very well maintained! Challenging in many ways without being scary!
A lot of elevated greens, so get your yardages right!

The maintenance of the golf was very good. The club house is great. I loved playing this course during spring break!

Only used the range and putting practice area which are very good... Need collared shirt even for range.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. This course is absolutely gorgeous and pretty well maintained. Other than that, this place falls very short in value and total quality. The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. Any nice course you play, the staff is trained to grab your bags, clean your clubs, and not make you feel like your a burden on them. You do see most of these guys standing around a lot, and you have to engage them to pretty much get any help. The worst part of this course is the pace of play. My group plays very slow usually, but we ALWAYS are held up on this course and the course officials DO NOT keep a pace here. The average pace is 4.5 - 5 hrs when I have played. The place has become over run with iguanas, and some of them are actually aggressive! Something I have never seen in my life. I still play here all the time, as it is one of the best deals on the premier card, but if I was paying $250 for a round, I would be extremely upset. For that price, head to Trump Doral, where you will be extremely impressed!

Beautiful large golf club in the heart of Miami Beach

Quite expensive, but very convenient if you are hoping to get in some golf while in Miami. Well maintained. Fairly serious.

I went there for breakfast and an extraordinary view to the golf course. I sat outside with the beautiful weather made it even more enjoyable. Service was great too.

Was treated very bad by an employee .i can almost say racisted unbelievable this is supposed to be a public course .to managment if you are not aware of a tall employee with a European acient. I will never go again .or recommend anybody to go ..managment please beware of this employee

They used to do the supercon events here back then. I have no idea if they still do them at that Hilton.

Fun course in the heart of Miami Beach. Just gets super hot so check the weather before going.

Little pricey, course in good shape and nice layout, pace of play slow due to 2some's put behind 4some's and some people walking course

I got charged a bar order fee of like$5 when I paid in cash for my two mixed, not sure what that means but I didn't realize till the end of the night. I didn't get charged again after that.

Staff treated me great very polite and helpful food was great can t wait to come back

I was in south beach on vacation. No way to get in on foot the sidewalks are tore up. I couldnt use the range because i was wearing jeans at the time but i dont blame them.

Spectacular place, very good course with very attentive and competent staff, I had the pleasure of playing with local golfers and was very well received by them, show.

As always the course was in excellent condition and the food was great. Was the guest of Marlo Courtney.

Great course in southbeach but super expensive, $225 green fee in high season. Driving range is very basic but nice at $15. I'll be back.

Much better than expected. I live in NY and have played several Miami area courses and would recommend the Miami Beach Golf Club. The course was in great shape, especially for the summer, greens rolled true, although I would prefer more undulation to make it more challenging. The rangers kept the pace of play moving well. You will enjoy a round here!

Incredibly slow play... called the pro shop to help and they did nothing!!! I'd give it a one star but the guy that checked us in was very friendly... Also overpriced! Wont be back.

Beautiful 18 holes golf club in the heart of South Beach

I really liked the course. Came down for a long weekend and ended up renting clubs
Top notch rentals with a new set of Cleveland's. However, as nice as it was I'm not sure it was worth 220 dollars for 18 holes. Great 1 time experience

I have only been here for our work holiday parties and it is a gorgeous place, it has a bar and an outside area where you sit and breathe fresh air while eating or sipping on your drink. They were also very accommodating when we asked if we could put music and dance.
