Very nice atmosphere. I enjoyed the live entertainment, sports bar, movie theater, and chandlers steakhouse. Gambling was fun also but they don't let you win much. I didn't see anyone win anything big in the 3 nights I spent there. I loved the rooms and the pool the decor is classy and tasteful. Security was good and I loved that everyone has to wear a mask. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I had a great time and would return.
I don't know why I expected a hole in a wall but it's Spacious ,& Great place. Chill vibe. And the soda/Coffee machines is A PLUS! Cool stuff. Machines were spitting so def a good spot. No much to do around there w Covid having everything closed down. But cool casino
Springfield is smaller than our local casinos. They had a great new card member deal when we went. We had a problem using it but they fixed it to our satisfaction. We walked around the outside part. There is more than just the games inside. They have many chargers in the garage.
I love the atmosphere but having to leave the machine to get a drink because there are only a couple of floor girls serving beverages wasn't great. I'd like to have more people helping the guests around the floor like they did when it first opened. Over all not too bad though.
I'd expected the place to be bigger. The food court is good! Overall a nice place if you're new to town.
Amazing casino but rude as waiter, was in slot machine and ask waitress for drink she rolled her eyes wrote it down and never brung me the drink she claimed her name was courtney! Shouldn t have rude waitresses like that !need to do better on the bartenders/waitress !
7/19: Thanks for the reply. I will give MGM a second chance. Slots is casino we re plentiful with a nice selection. Food at Wicked Noodle was awful. By far the worst Pad Thai I ve ever had. It was very sticky because there wasn t any peanut sauce on it. I could not twirl it with my fork. They gave my soy sauce to loosen it up but it didn t help and you don t put soy sauce on Pad Thai. They refunded my money and apologized. I got a fish sandwich and fries at another place at the food court. My order sat there for 5 minutes while they took orders so the fries were not hot. Springfield is a good stopover when my wife and I travel to Maine. We won t be stopping at the MGM again. There is no place on the MGM website to give feedback on their restaurants so I am doing it here. I don t recall ever giving a place a 1 star rating.
Pretty quiet for Labor Day weekend but still enjoyable. Not as many slot machines as pre COVID-19. Still a fun time, easy parking and great location with plenty to do outside of the casino around the city. Almost broke even and was only down $20.00 for 4 hours of playing. Easy on and off highway a big plus. Plenty of sanitizer stations and still friendly staff as usual.
Very nice place drinks at the bar free when you're playing can't beat that with a stick
