MGM Grand at Foxwoods Reviews

As far as casinos go, this place was alright. There aren't enough table games and the few that there are were always packed while I was there. The drinks are too expensive but the food (we stopped at David Burke) was incredible. Ultimately, it's a pretty average casino experience, smoke smell and all.

Room was clean and spacious. It's however a bit of a walk to the main shops and casinos compared to other hotels at Foxwoods. That said, it's still highly recommended due to the competitive rates.

In an hour's time and money, not a server to be found. Very tight slots.

Room was filthy. Nasty stains on furniture. Unclean! Also the TV went out, and was never fixed when reported. Just got excuses.

Lets start with why we were at foxwoods, my wife's birthday.
Check in was good at the hotel. The wait to get the rewards card was long. One person helping a dozen guests.
The food at the cedars was very good, service was also good.
Things started to go wrong as we played slots. We always "donate"as we call it, and believe me we are fine with that.
We were starting to really enjoy ourselves but got very thristy- no one to bring us a drink, water would have been fine.
We had to leave the machines and go back to the room for water. We did not go back to play.
The next morning we ate at veranda cafe, very good excellent service.
Back too play, sat there playing and once agian had to leave just for a drink.
Being the first time we have stayed it was disappointing.
Will we try agian? Not sure.

Room was clean. The view from my room was amazing. I can comment on room service do to me and my wife just going down stairs to find a restaurant for dinner and we whent to the the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Had a great time. Won some money. Rode the go carts, what a blast. Had a great dinner at David Burke's.

Love the place with the hotels,restaurants. casinos and a Tanger outlet mall. Everything in same place.

So much fun! Saw Wanda Sykes..she was hilarious as Always!! Had good food and gambled just a little...can t wait to go again!

There are a variety of games here at Fox Tower, and Foxwoods Casinos. The people at the hotels and the casino staff are friendly and helpful. There are many small shops along the large public spaces where you can by necessities and a great selection of restaurants. You can use your Player Rewards to make purchases at any store or food establishment. There are also clubs for nighttime entertainment, and there is even a bowling alley! How cool is that? No matter what your style, you will find something fun to do. Zip-line, anyone?

Unforgettable experience. They have a great atmosphere, a variety of entertainment and food and affordable rates.

Nice hang around mall lots of slot n table games as well

I've stayed many times before and loved it, but this time was not so great. Waited over a half hour to check in early so we just jad to go back for our keys when our room was ready. We waited longer behind 10 people get our key then the person that got in line vehind approx 100 (no exageration) people checking in. Our room was not up to par. Light out over shower, hook broken inthroom, and the menu screen was burnt into the liquid screen...

As room is gorgeous and can enjoy with casino outlet in various ways, we want to spend leisurely!

WoW" there's so much to like, the slots of course, alone with the live entertainments, which I attended one while I was there on this weekend. The concert was magnificent.

Great and comfortable seating. Big screen tv's are accommodating when you can't see the stage. Staff is very alert and aware.

We stayed in the suite. Very roomy, amazing shower and jet tub. Bedroom plus room with couch, tv and desk. We loved gambling in mgm

Beautiful room with a view of the pool and woods. We had a great time in the casino and won a little money too.

Lots to see. Fun atmosphere with friends. Still allowing smoking which is terrible since majority don't smoke.

Friendly staff, bed was comfortable but the power outlets on the lamps next to the bed barely worked (had to angle the plug and partially insert it for it to work) and the tv kept cutting in and out losing sound. I would expect a little bit better quality especially in one of their director suites.

Just went for a day trip. The facility is extremely nice.

The rooms at Fox Tower are clean in nicely appointed. I do feel that they use too many sheets end comforters on the bed. The view to the outside is outstanding and Foxwoods in my opinion is trying to become a theme park. They have installed a tower outside that shoots writers up a very tall column. There is also a go-kart track and a zip line is planned for the near future.

Fox Woods is a great place to spend your weekend. Casino, Dining, Drinks, Shows, Shopping, and Events give you plenty to do while visiting this place.

Had a great time at the hotel. I went to Comic-Con and it was fun, safe, and an overall great experience. Can't wait for next year.

Foxwoods is one of my top casinos to visit. Indo t need a special occasion to go. I love roulette. Whatever your fav. Game is they have it. Dont forget to stop by junior's for some cheesecake.. tell them Rahshaud sent you.

I love the Fox Tower But Me Myself I rather stay at the great Cedar but all the hotels at Foxwoods are nice

Good hotel but very far from most of foxwoods activities

Always have an amazing time when we stay at Fox Tower. If you have stayed at some of the other hotels at Foxwoods but haven't stayed here yet, you're missing out! The entrance to the towers are located in the actual casino right next to Shrine. The Tanger outlets are right across the way as well as a small bar and dance floor in the center of the casino.

I got to say I had the most amazing and wonderful time at this hotel, I stayed four nights and five days.

I have stayed in countless hotels, five and four star hotels, and even tho this hotel is a four star it felt like it was a five star, from the way they treated you to the way the hotel was.

The staff was just amazing, I got a room upgrade offered when I checked in and it was just awesome, I enjoyed it so much.

Once you arrive there you don t even have to leave the place, it has everything you may need, from food, stores and casinos.

It also has many places to take pictures and to relax, I enjoyed the pools and casinos, they also had a huge variety of restaurants and places to eat.

If I could give it more then five stars I would, I highly recommend it and it s totally worth.

Zipline is incredible. I am afraid of heights, but was able to do it because it start on the roof. Was still afraid, but once I got sliding, it was cool. A bit pricey like most things at a casino, but quite an experience
