Poor customer Service and response,
once they get order no one is owner to your order,
people toss one to other for services

after 10 days of followup calls mail trail no one is responding ,to the inquiry for weight module,i had spoken to 7/8 person in sales , team lead and what not , all time everyone is in meeting , unethical staff , brilliantly unprofessional behavior who has no guts to say No or reply any mails or calls , worst staff and management

I have called 5:15 pm but customer executive didn't give response & tell me called tomorrow.

Worked here for 8 years. The new campus is Uber cool, amidst such crowded neighborhood I found solace after entering the campus.

The worst customer service experience of my life! I had to send 3 follow-up mails just for the sales representative to call me. Then rather than understanding my requirements, he started firing his own questions. What a pathetic organisation!

The New building is way better than the older one. Nicely designed and spacious.

Their working culture is not good at all. Few management people are just doing more harm than good. Also, they never follow their own code of conduct. Very few people are working sincerely.

It is a pathetic service level for small consumables. No one looks to be interested in maintaining the customer relationship & support.
