They understood the problem, gave a very reasonable price and came out the next day to do the work. The repairman - Dusty and his crew were very professional, polite and extremely neat. They had the needed materials for the job, completed it in the time frame they set. I am extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend them.

This company is great! They will work for you to get a convenient time to service your system and the representatives are friendly and helpful. They will take care of your needs and help you to put furniture back where it belongs before they go. They even check their shoe for cleanliness before coming into your house. I am so glad I found them.

They did our OG&E AC Tune-up and it works great. The tech was knowledgeable and professional.

Routine follow-up service today by Metro Service Company to check a/c pressures following last November s installation of new system. Technician, Michael, was on time, following heads-up text from the office that he was on the way. He was thorough and courteous. System needed additional pureon refrigerant. He kept checking pressures and inside temperature differentials until proper values were obtained. I am completely satisfied with this no-charge service call.

Once again, Metro Service Company came to the rescue. Owning lease property is a big responsibility. I have used Metro for approx. 6 years. They always treat me like my call for service is important. They make a point to get out to the properties quickly, evaluate the situation and fix the problem right away.This kind of customer service is GOLDEN. Thanks again, Metro.

Pure ripoff. Charged me $104 for a $12 thermostat. Over all, $190. Lesson learned. Never again....

I've had the folks at Metro do a lot of work for me. They've put in multiple HVAC systems; extend duct work and just problem solve issues.

They are great! Consider them for anything you are thinking about in this area.

Stay away. Attempted to charge $350 for a $15 non-programmable thermostat. Very disappointed. Much better value to be had elsewhere.

The guys from Metro were great. It was a cold, rainy day and they installed a new A/C and Heater in my home. They were polite and stayed on task all day. When they were finished, they even swept up the laundry room where the heater unit was installed. I could not be happier with the service and price I received for my new unit. Thank you for your hard work and the care you took while working in my home.

I am a new customer and I made an appointment for an air conditioner tune-up, but as luck would have it, my AC went out two days before the appointment. Metro squeezed me in the next day, fixed my AC quickly and did a tune-up on both units. They also did not claim that my unit was old and I needed a new one like a previous company I had used always said.

Metro Service has been our service company for many years. Their technician always does a good job and they have kept our systems in good running order.

The technician was on time for both appointments. He is polite and knowledgeable and did the work efficiently. Cost was the same as the estimate, no surprise expenses. This company has always done right by us.

Michael was very professional and on time. Cleaned up the shoddy job from the company before who just forced the attic vent soffits apart and taped back. Would definitely use and recommend them for my dryer vent needs.

The AC worked on my central unit, but the heat did not. The tech said it was too expensive to fix. Now NOTHING works. AC no longer works after he checked it out. I asked Metro to make it right before I wrote this review. Nothing.....

I would leave 10 stars if I could very professional and fast would definitely recommend this company to anyone I will be using them again in the future

I called them last Monday they came in to fix my AC and the guy was disrespectful towards me and they charged me $465 for 2 lbs of Freon and then after they left I figured out that my AC is still not fixed I called them and they came back again next day and they worked on the AC and asked for another $275 which is all together is $735 and of course I didn't pay the 2nd part and today I went to the place to talk to them and the owner said you didn't pay us the 2nd time and I don't have to talk to you and the way the owner acted it was worse than the worker that came to my house

Reckless Metro Service driver cut across 4 lanes of traffic IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE!

My AC went out at 7:00PM. I called and left message. They had serviceman at my house by 100 PM the next day and 30 minutes later it was fixed!!

Metro Service did a good job on our A/C tune up. System is cooling better and running less. Service techs were professional and answered any questions we had.

I have used Metro Service in the past to keep our ancient system operating but after nearly 19 years it just had to be replaced. I called on a Sunday afternoon hoping to leave a message for the following day but instead, Dusty answered. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and was able to diagnose some critical issues with the outdoor unit By Monday afternoon (actually less than 24 hours from the time I called) the entire system was replaced. Metro sent three trucks and 5 very knowledgeable technicians, including Dusty. The cost was actually a little less than what I expected and a whole lot less than what my neighbors had paid earlier in the year. We are very satisfied with Metro Service and will continue to recommend them in the future.

We had a very good experience with Metro Service Co. Very good price on a 3 ton American Standard system. Installer was very nice. Communication was top notch from everyone I spoke with. Would highly recommend giving them a call for a quote.

Charged 6000 for just an out door unit when I could have bought the outdoor unit and HVAC for 3500 so be aware your paying for there advertising.

I gave all the symptoms of my condenser issue in the appt request to expedite a fix or diagnosis but for the $90 call out charge they said they couldn't do a leak detection at that time. Exceptionally high quote for R22 freon to recharge it as well as for a new condenser (based on other quotes received).
I called them because they could come out quickly. I got nothing but a quote and a "ehh it's maybe this but can't do anything about it now" for $90. Not very impressed I'm afraid.
I understand R22 is expensive but I feel like I got no more information from the guy than I already had and had given in the appt request.

I am absolutely shocked...after 3 days of hounding "most popular" companies, Metro Man was able to come earlier then anticipated, fixed only what was wrong and charged reasonably. Furnace is working great, and we discussed replacing the unit in the future. Yes...Metro will work on Mobile/Manufactured homes.
