this company is the most worst place I have ever in counter and I am talking about the Herndon va office training with Nicole is the worst she will have you putting plastic bags over your heads and telling you to say your alphabet and the whole class was freaking out on this the bags was dirty and it seems other people had done this because the bags was dirty we ask her what is the purpose and she said its part of the training. I quit and got hire some place else .not only that the human resource person is nasty she will tell you that she has her high degree and that if you want to see her you will need to go thru the trainer because she don't have open door policy, she think she is some high up person and she look to be about 36 will not assist you with anything and acts very unprofessional and childish. you have to pass a test in order to get hire for a dum patient safety position taking care of mostly mental patients so study or you wont get hired they wont tell you until its to late.

I worked under them at the INOVA Fairfax Campus for more than half a year. The management simply does not care about you.
Once they hire you, they forget about you and you stop being important to them. Robert the manager in INOVA Fairfax NEVER answered calls, said he would call back and never did. Whenever I wanted to speak with him he would tell me he is busy and doesn't have time to meet. He makes promises he doesn't keep (told me he would give me 10 hours instead of 8 and didn't)
PREMEDS: I got this job thinking that it would help me get a job in INOVA. Little did I know that this company has signed a contract with the hospital which says MHS employees can NOT be hired by the hospital and even once you quit, they cannot hire you until after 120 days aka 4 months.
During before I quit this job, they wanted us to stand for 8 straight hours. That was straight up slavery. $10 for walking and standing all day is slavery.
I did not really have a good experience with this job at all other than the fact that the people on the team I worked with were nice, friendly, and great people.
This post was meant to serve as a warning for everyone. I'm not a bitter person, but this job really did disappoint me.

The experience of what you'll get from this job is solely based on the location. I'm an ambassador for GW and I've been here since November . For me everything is great , the job is very self explanatory and isn't hard at all. But there is always a new flow of MHS co workers and staff. I would also like to be able work my way into a higher position in the company and not feel like im in a stalemate or just a better job opportunity. I believe this may come with the expansion of the company . just thought I should note that

Please Please Don't ever work for these people. Got hired, did orientation for Upper Chesapeak In MD. My start date was 11/10/2019. They called yesterday stating they lost there Contract with the hospital. This is very unprofessional...I put in a 2 weeks notice with my old job to take a job with this company. I have no Job and when they called they didn't even offer another position to see if I wanted to except. I'm upset I have bills and child to take care of. Praying something comes my way soon
