I was seen by Petra NP and my nurse was Sonya RN.I can't praise them enough. They were amazing. The staff is great overall. This is what quality healthcare looks like. The ER is super clean and each room is thoroughly deep cleaned when you arrive and leave and it definitely shows. They care about their patients .They are on the ball.
So I don t know everyone s experience but I ve been here to the imaging department few times. It was in harker height s texas outside fort hood. They have been nothing but amazing when it comes to me feeling comfortable and making sure the images are accurate. Booking was alittle hard but when evenings opened up I would snag those spots no problem. To include the imaging doctor prob the best imaging person I ve ever been treated by. Thanks for caring!
Definitely by far this is the worse place to be seen. I was waiting 4 hours to be seen, with out any vitals being takin. My mom called to check on my breathing at the front desk, they lied and said they had me in triage getting vitals. I hadn t seen anyone n my breathing was getting even worse. Scott and white in temple would of been a way better ER. They are actual doctors there, not these wanna be.
This place is currently without air-conditioning and refuses to move patients with phnoemia/ covid to a different location ! They also removed a fan from said patient room and claimed it is not allowed! Oxygen levels already bad hints his reason for being admitted ! Who do I call to report this ?!? 3rd floor patient!! This is ridiculous!
Leaving because I ve been here for over two hours and haven t even been triaged. She said maybe I could be triage soon and the other person that had been there the longest was over 4 1/2 hours. She said this was the best time of day to come when they are the least busiest. SMH I ve gone to much busier hospitals in seeing way faster than this.
I went here because I thought I had strep. I m fully vaccinated and had no reason to think I had COVID but agreed to the test anyways . I went there Only to sit in a room for 3 hours to be told I have respiratory infection. The time spent there wouldn t have been horrible if they d actually helped me. I mean, clearly one side of my throat is visibly swollen. I wasn t even offered a Tylenol for my swelling. I was told to and I quote gargle with salt water. I wouldn t have come if that s all it took Then at least three times they asked me if I wanted a work note. For what?! I m off. The lack of empathy or compassion reminds me never to use this hospital again.
Worst hospital ever literally been waiting just to be seen for 3 hours went up to the lady at the front desk and asked her does she know she how much longer it would be. She said you ve been here just 3 hours people have been waiting longer . Very slow they don t have a care in the world. Their rude. It s a good thing nobody was dying in that emergency room.
I m from Montana, and just had my last baby girl there about a month ago. I really wish my first experience having my first daughter was this smooth and peaceful. All my RN s and my doctor were amazing.
We went to the e.r. for a migraine and everyone was kind and understanding. They worked as fast as they could to get my wife relief. We usually come here twice or more a year so it's nice to see people that care when we come here. Emily crystal and Emma thank you so much!
I tried to leave a review. But I don t think it did. This place is the worst place to go for emergency care in Central Texas. My friend was running fever was in the ER for five hours before she got checked out and it wasn t even busy, even with the shift change it should not have taken this long. She was running fever and had lower back pain she was having sinus issues and they didn t even test her for Covid. They told her she had some kind of infection. She ended up having Covid and infecting five or six other people including myself because of their ignorance. Literally the worst place to go, save your time and your troubles and go to Baylor Scott and White they will actually care about you and your needs.
