VROOM uses this company to transport their cars and it is bad. They take their time and when I call, all they say is waiting for documents. Called vroom and they said all documents are finalized. So, big lies from MetroGistics. If you buy a car from Vroom, maybe get it transport with someone else or try Carvana. Maybe they r better. Avoid the frustration.

The most disappointing customer service I have experienced. The representatives are un-professional and disrespectful. I asked for an ETA on the shipping of my vehicle, I was informed that they would have to find a driver. Mind you, all other companies schedule your shipment the day you purchase their services. Or at least gives you a time frame. The dealer I purchased from requested their services. I would not do business with them on my own. I literally have shipped a vehicle from Washington DC to Germany with a more detailed schedule. Would not recommend this company.

I don't normally write reviews, but this special gem of a company deserves one, and should honestly be put out of business. They can't even competently travel a vehicle 180 miles so I would stay away at all cost, literally no reason to give them business. No communication on delivery, doesn't return messages or emails and when I finally was able to get someone on the phone and their system showed the vehicle was supposed to be delivered hours before hand they could not provide me any information on where the vehicle is or who has it. Just a real boost of confidence there and on top of it, the operator was absolutely no help and did not care what so ever. I can not express enough if you like your vehicle don't use them.

I ll first say that I take these reviews very seriously because I have a business of my own and have been reviewed fraudulently before. This company picked up a vehicle of mine in Denver Colorado at 9 o clock on Thursday morning. It was supposed to be delivered Friday at five. At 5:45 I called the dispatch to try to check on an update because I had heard nothing since my vehicle was picked up. When an agent by the name of Angie called me back she simply said that vehicle will be delivered on Monday. She was not able to tell me where the vehicle was she was not able to tell me why it was delayed she was not able to tell me what time on Monday. I asked her to follow up and the response was still that vehicle will be delivered on Monday that the driver had to take a required break.I tried to explain that I might be less upset about waiting 3 1/2 days for a vehicle to travel 7 1/2 hours had someone been in better contact with me, had I not been the one to have to make the initial contact to find out why it wasn t there as expected. Further I tried to make it easy on them and pick up my vehicle wherever it was located even if I had to drive all the way to Denver and they will not let me do that even though it s my car they will not let me have it until they re lazy driver who couldn t be bothered to call and update me today decides to deliver it Monday.

There are many failures from scheduling, communication, responsiveness, as well as even failure to give me assurance that my car is securely being stored right now. Being that I have yet to receive my vehicle, I will update my review after I see what condition my vehicle is delivered in, if and when that happens.

The worse company out there, they don't stand behind their drivers, even when the drivers are being really professional with the customer but the customer still disrespects the driver!!! They will even put you on a black list for no reason after five years of working with them with out even one claim!!
