Let kids go virtual! I am extremely high risk and am forced to go in person because there s a freaking waiting list for virtual school! If some kids get to do it, everyone should be able to. Metros policies and logic in general is extremely lacking. If I get sick I m taking metro to court because it ll be life or death.

Metro Nashville Public Schools have continued to stay virtual throughout most of the school year despite evidence that students can return safely. Learning in a virtual environment is not working for my children. MNPS is failing its children.

My child attended Una Elementary for kindergarten and 1st grade and 10th-12th at Overton. I can't say enough good things about both places. Teachers, administratorshave all been fantastic. Proud to support Nashville Public schools.

We have a 2nd grader and repeating kindergartner. Experience has been generally wonderful, with a few complaints here or there. Based on comparing stories with friends & family in other districts, I am confident my kids are getting the best education possible.

If I knew what I know now I would not have moved to Davidson County. I love my kids school, but the board and dr battle are just awful! They don't care about the kids and how they handled everything with Covid was sad, a mess, and hurtful for the kids! We got NO help with our son's IEP needs like we were promised. A promise dr battle said we would get. If you can, stay far far far away from mnps at least until we get better people in charge.
