This company was providing transportation for my very sick friend. They would transport her to dialysis. They called a half an hour before pickup and cancelled all further transportation. So we have no way to get her to dialysis. They had no concerns about it. Would have been nice to have a few days to set something else up since she will DIE without dialysis. Very heartless thing to do.
If I never have to use this company again, I won t. They made feel like I woke them up from their sleep. I had a pulled muscle in my lower back from falling the day before. I could barely walk. They said their gurney wouldn t fit in my front door and they made me walk down my steps to get to the gurney. They were unsympathetic to the fact I had a total knee replacement last year and I am still having pain. The ride was the bumpiest ever. The guy who rode in the back with me asked what made me call at 3:00 am? Maybe if he thought about that I was in pain. I will drive myself next time, and I hope I don t have to pay for this service.
