Everything about the experience from email and getting quick responses to the actual highly organized process of getting the vaccine was easy, impeccably organized, friendly and very efficient! They did a GREAT job calming me from my nerves over potential allergic reactions. EVERYONE was TOP NOTCH!

We received excellent service from MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service. I would highly recommend them and appreciate their fast response and attention to detail. It isn't something you think about until you need it but it really was a life saver for us. Would give them a call again.

Metro Atlanta Ambulance Service was the perfect place to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Everyone involved was friendly and efficient; the place was clean and well set up; and it was the most painless injection I've ever received (if I hadn't been watching, I would have thought they had given me the shot!). I appreciated such a user-friendly experience!

Since I was qualified to receive a vaccine according to Georgia State regulation, I had been searching for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment and was not successful in locating an appointment. A fried told me about Metro Atlanta Ambulance Service, so I went to their location. When I went into the lobby, I was greeted with a very friendly face and one who was genuinely interested in trying to help. She went to the person in charge and that person took the time to come out and explain their situation and that it they were running short of vaccine that day and there may not be any doses left. In any event, I waited and it turned out that they had a few doses remaining. The people at this facility could not have been more professional. The operation was smooth and pleasant, but most important, very efficient. These guys are GREAT!!!

It could be because of Eastside Medical but my mot...

It could be because of Eastside Medical but my mother was supposed to be transported to the South wing of the hospital by ambulance.

Two and a half hours later no sign of the ambulance and the nurses tell me that they can t control the schedule for the ambulance. No one is asking for control but apparently they don t know how to communicate effectively to the patient and family members.

My wife and I had the opportunity to get our COVID vaccinations at Metro Atlanta. The process was straightforward, streamlined, and kept to schedule. Our wait time - ZERO - yes no wait time. Both times we went for our scheduled appointment times, we were greeted with courtesy and respect. We were given our shots within a couple of minutes of arriving and then waited 15 minutes in a comfortable setting to ensure there is no ill-effect of the vaccine. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming.

Very impressed at level of service and order. Online appointment process was simple. The appointment day was very organized. No confusion at all. Second appointment set at this time. Second appointment same as the first. All of the MAAS members were kind, professional and very helpful. I m thankful for the service provided

Customer Service is definitely an issue. I've been...

Customer Service is definitely an issue. I've been receiving statements from this company since December to resolve a non-payment due to "duplicate bill" issue. Rather than calling the insurance company themselves, I actually have now served three times as the intermediary just to get these guys to think to the next level in order to satisfy the bill. I sit on the line and listen as the ambulance company and insurance company go back and front with information that does not require my input. Good customer service would be to call on your own volition to explain the situation in light of your company having all the information and possibly the reason for the duplicate billing, I offer nothing to the phone discussion except to connect the ambulance company and the insurance company representatives. In addition, after all these months, you should probably follow-up with a call to ensure the information is received. The question is why does it take the customer making the calls instead of the billing personnel in your company? If this had been done months ago, the money would probably already be in your account.

Amidst so much confusion, as my husband and I, A1 priority listed, found an incredibly well managed group of professional people giving out the vaccines. We were in, vaccinated, waited the 15 minute requisite, and out the door under 30 minutes.
The facility was clean, spacious, and uncrowded. The staff was kind and thorough in the process from start to finish.
Our appointments and associated documents were managed through our email address. We always felt like we were well attended to throughout the process including reminders of our upcoming appointment with an option to change the time if needed. We experienced great relief in securing an appointment and receiving our first shot. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was very impressed by each of the each of the four employees who my husband and I encountered. Each one was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and organized. The medical person who gave the totally painless vaccine shot was greatly appreciated. And, we had practically no wait time. The building was impeccable and brightly lighted. I send lots of kudos to each person we met! (They need to train hospital and rehab facility people how to be friendly and caring!)

A huge thank goes to the workers we met at the Metro Ambulance Company!
