I was leery about seeing a new stylist after my usual stylist moved away, but had heard good things about Metric and thought I'd try them as they're close to home. Was booked with Shae who listened to all my concerns and looked through photos with me. She did an amazing cut and style that was exactly what I wanted. Only complaint was it was a much longer appointment than expected or planned but she took the time to cut it well. Definitely will return to Shae!

From the moment you step into the Metric Salon you are greeted with class, sophistication, and a pleasant ease. The decor is fresh, modern, and welcoming, coaxing you into comfort before you even hit the chair. The desk staff is friendly and accommodating, offering to take your coat, grab you a variety of beverages, and guiding you to the cozy couches. I waited less than 2 minutes for Tina to come and greet me!

To say this is the best service I have received from a salon is an understatement. From the scented scalp massage to the gloriously relaxing wash station, every step is a phenomenal experience.

Tina really listened to what I was looking for and added her own suggestions as per her expertise. She is a such a pleasure to speak with, easy to laugh, and really made my time with her so wonderful.

Metric welcomes you as part of the family and I can definitely say I have found my hair home!

Best service I've ever got at hair salon!! I went there because a promotion an I'm going to come back because of Quinn - she is fabulous!! I have a very difficult hair - thick, wavy and stubborn. Hairdressers never knew how do deal with it, but not Quinn! She gave me the most beautiful and flattering haircut I've ever had! And it looks great with or without styling.
Also, another comment mentioned the chairs in the salon - very true! The chairs are super comfortable. It was very important for me since I had some serious back problems, ans was very anxious about sitting there for too long.
Overall - excellent place, excellent talent, nice stuff, beautiful design and fair prices!

Tina was wonderful! She was patient with me and how indecisive I was. She gave great suggestions on how to switch up my look and I m in love! She s hands down the best hair stylist I ve had.

Having my hair cut, coloured and styled by Krista is always amazing! Krista is an extremely gifted and talented stylist. She has been looking after me and my hair for many years! love all the compliments I get after a visit to Krista at Metric!

I walked in telling Tina that my hair was terrible and hopeless and really truly meant it! I walked out of a hair appointment with hair that I LOVE for the first time! She's amazing and I will confidently walk in and tell her to whatever she wants in the future!

BEST HAIR EVER. I love Tina. I get stopped everywhere by people asking who cuts my hair. Tina really listens to what you want, what your lifestyle is like - then adds in her own expertise to give you the perfect cut. And the perfect colour. I have had highlights, low lights and everything in between and loved them all. Right now Tina is bleaching my hair, and she sourced out THE BEST colour for my hair. She takes hair very seriously - but she also has a lot of fun with it.

TINA is the BEST CURLY hair stylist! I have very curly hair (type 3/4 curl pattern) and have always had trust issues with people cutting my hair but she does an amazing job and gives my hair such an amazing shape as well. I finally feel like I can trust a stylist. If you have curly hair and live in Wpg I highly recommend to go see Tina

Joanna cuts my hair and she's great!!! All the staff are really great and friendly environment. Affordable great hair services. Easy parking. Close to everything like the mall.
