PNB Metlife is one of the good leading insurance company in India. I really liked their products and services.
The customer care people told us to get certain documents for policy claim. When we get it here they sent us back with new set of documents. On the whole the everything is made complicated when you have to get back the money. WORST PROCESS SET UP BY THE COMPANY and not costumer friendly. They make you run around more than any government officers when they have to pay you back.
Worst customer service I wish I could give 0 stars to this. I called several times there customer call center gets disconnected due to network issue (lol) right after you have spent 30 mins getting yourself verified.
They are saying everything can be done online with "Khushi" app and then email people to visit nearest branch

My account was matured in Dec-2015 and I have submitted all the relevant documents to claim the matured amount on 24-02-2016 at PNB-MetLife office, Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore.
Till date I have not received my maturity amount and moreover when I called the customer care number, it is informed to me stating the relevant documents are received only on 05-04-2016. Customer care is not able to retrieve the data of my documents submission date and kept on informing that it is received only on 05-04-2016.
Never expected such faddy and lazy work from reputed insurance company like PNB-MetLife. The entire process I have undergone exactly resembles to the Bhartia-AXA advertisement which comes on television where in customer are made struggle for reclaim.
Would atleast appreciate any quick response now writing to this mail ID s.

PNB Metlife is a life insurance office. Easy to access by stairs/lift. It's a customer friendly office.
This office stayed above the kotak bank. Nice office and there is proper place to sit for customer.

Customer care services is very poor. you need wait long to talk to representative and then they they will call u back in 24 hours as they don't have any permission to access data to answer your basic questions so no use of calling..

Very Poor customer friendly. Worst and painful experience with sales guys.. Who approach you to help you out on purpose of my visit, but always discussing about new policy and condemning my current policy.
The purpose of my visit is still not fullfilled for >3 weeks.
I could have given zero. The worst office ambiance - looks like a market place, worst branch head (Raghavendra Hegde) - rest of the staff are good. Don't fall free prey for Raghavendra Hegde's words.

worst service in jayanagar branch, paid amount for reinstatement and gave good health form on the same day but they didn't re-instate. Sent refund cheque, but didn't receive the cheque because of old address. They could have called to the mobile number to issue the cheque.
Peoples are not good and less space to seat and reception person feels that if customer needs he should only do all the job
Online payment options are very poor, customer care call service is not available. Chatting facility is excellent.we get imidiate solution for our problems through chatting

Lots of fraud by the company. They told me that I'll get back money after 20 years. Now they say I will get nothing until death.
