I give it 0 stars. After my Mother had a horrible experience with constant falls at Concourse Rehab/Nursing home, I had her transferred to methodist.

Worst thing I've ever done to my Mom, a week into her being there, I received a call my Mother tested positive for COVID. I guess you can imagine how myself and the Family felt. Now I have to live with the fact that I was coned by the advertisement and reviews. I was informed the CNA's that attend to the residents, are the least experienced for the care needed for the patients, and their not MANDATED to be tested in the manner they have the public to believe.

To add insult to injury, when I'd made the statement that my Mom was more than likely exposed to someone without A MASK and sick, I received a conversation full of HEMS and HUH's stammering.

They also had the audacity to no even give the family a courtesy call while my Mother was in the hospital.

The summary is, ALL and I mean ALL nursing homes are the same, its the Capitalism on the Elderly by way of billing Medicare or Medicaid.

It's more or less a Mill to legally embezzle the government. Please take the time to think about your Loved ones before exposing them to strangers who could be danger in disguise.

I ask that anyone thinking Nursing homes PLEASE be proactive in your thinking. I'm making certain that this isn't just a review for google, but in my own personal BLOG. This is of the up most importance to broadcast.

Myself and Family are totally confused about this entire situation of my Mother contracting COVID. She's currently on her way into HOSPICE. Dementia and COVID doesn't go together.

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES FOR PEACE OF MIND..

A lot of these 5 star reviews were written by staff members i was informed by a friend who happens to be a nurse assistant. BEWARE

Over the past year and a half, both of my parents have done their rehab at Methodist. My mother had brain surgery and my father broke his leg. The rehab program for each was very different and Methodist worked with them perfectly. I was impressed with the care and attention they gave both my parents as well as the family. The staff was easy to talk to and communicate needs to. I hope I do not have to see my parents in hospital for a while, but if I do, it would be at Methodist!

I have wonderful memories of my mom living there. She was well taken care of and we all enjoyed visiting her there. We had many birthday parties, Easter, Thanksgiving and Xmas celebrations their with all the family present. I've even told my daughter when my times come this is the place I want to be. I would recommend Methodist Home to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

This was my dad's third stay at Methodist for rehab. I've consistently been impressed by the kind, respectful staff and the positive manner in which they interact with the clients and their families. Every staff member who came into the room for whatever reason was pleasant, polite, and friendly. The grounds are lovely and when my dad is there I have every confidence that he's very well taken care of. As a temporary resident, my dad has also been consistently impressed with the level of care he has received. It's a small, intimate facility that is very well run and staffed with caring oeople.

This was my mom's second extended stay at Methodist Home Nursing and Rehabilitation and as the first time, everything was great. The staff was attentive, friendly and caring. I was able to relax knowing that when I wasn't there, my mom was in good hands.

Staff is overworked and overwhelmed. Patient care suffers as a result. Social Worker cannot return calls because she is in all day conference meetings. Very disappointing experience, given the positive reviews. Needed to make alternate arrangements after a week of incompetent care.
They also hide behind Covid restrictions.
