Worst service by reception and the nurses who are not even aware of what s going on on the floor they re assigned. I came to visit my grandma with my father, the receptionist told me that only 2 can visit at a time and there s already one person with the patient so I let my father visit and when he reached the room no one was there. The person left an hour back. Which means that the nurses don t go see the patient. Hire some nurses who are not absent minded. Shameful and pathetic.

I have been in several hospitals, and by far, I had a great experience at Methodist Dallas. The staff Was the best I ve ever had attend me. I received great care while I was there. I highly recommend it if you ever have the opportunity to choose a hospital for care.

This hospital is where I was told to report for my Covid-19 immunization. In my mind I had the picture of a lot of people waiting in lines that were 3/4 mile with no attention to your appointment time. I arrived on time and was greeted by several of the hospital employees and perhaps volunteers. The walk from were I was dropped was long but at every junction there were people to reassure you that you were going the right way or to put you back on track. Reaching the area of immunization there were people to help fill out necessary paperwork, to assign your shot station and to be sure that you sat down until they were sure you were doing well.
I cannot say enough about the experience showed me that this is a great hospital.
Thank you

I can't thank enough the amazing nurses and doctors that this hospital has. I had my first baby here a month ago and I had the most amazing experience. Being a first time mom you are scared and don't know what to expect. Everyone made us feel so comfortable, and despite the late hours everyone at the hospital was always kind, patient, supportive, helpful and smiling.
After my baby was born, they had many resources like a breast feeding specialist coming to talk to us anytime we needed help, videos to watch in our room and pediatricians if you had any questions about the baby.
The suite upgrade was beautiful, windows all over the room with the view of Dallas Skyline. I felt like we were at a hotel. They brought us food all day and the food was surprisingly good for a hospital. They had great options in the menu and we could chose anything we wanted.
They took such good care of us day and night. Nurses were just a call away even when we had the smallest question or concern. My family and I are beyond grateful with all the staff, nurses and doctors we met at this hospital.

Was an awful experience!! The nurses were overwhelmed and honestly didn t even listen to my complaint.. I was in so much pain and was left in a room for over 30 min before I had to call out for help.. the nurse kept hanging up on me on the call bell and never came in to see what I needed.. the communication between the doctor and nurses was not good.. I am a nurse and would never treat my patients that way!! I feel bad for whoever has to go here for care.. if my insurance had been taken elsewhere I would have left in a heartbeat. On top of that the physician I saw who told me he was calling in pain meds to my pharmacy failed to do so and when I called the ER the next day was given the run around and still never got my pain meds... so disappointed in the care I received

Great nurses, but the hospital itself is an absolute scam. The bill I received was more than 3x the amount I was told I would have to pay prior to my surgery. This is despite the fact that they actually billed less to insurance than they estimated. Yet I'm stuck paying $3300 more than expected, even though the procedure and stay cost less than they anticipated. No one at the hospital will give me a breakdown of how the estimate was reached or why there was such a big difference. Do not trust their estimates.

I'm part of the group that stands across the street from the the Emergency Entrance that claps for the hospital staff in the evenings. Anyone that would like to express similar appreciation can look for us between 7 and 8 . . . or take five minutes on your own. If driving, park in front of Jimmy John's, and look for the red paint on the sidewalk. Generally we clap for 5 minutes. Happy Holidays!

I had no idea when my biological mother was admitted on Wednesday that I would receive the assistance I was asking God for. I asked God to please just help me, due to her many illnesses and living arrangement I felt overwhelmed and so powerless. Then my mother gets admitted, and I'm contacted by a social worker named Alex. The minute our conversation started she put my mind at ease. I had been struggling finding the care my mother needs, she needs 24 hour around the clock care that I can't provide family and a full time job. Alex is a godsend, I had no clue there were people who still genuinely cared and understood your struggle. With a family member who is mentally ill, and now very ill physically. Alex has assisted me with nursing home placement for my mother. I didn't think I could get her into a nursing home facility due to multiple closed doors. Thank you for having such amazing staff who genuinely cares about others and understands life as it can get the best of all of us. Because of her, I feel at peace and serene knowing my family member is in great hands. My adopted mother (my aunt) actually passed away at this hospital, remembering back in 2011 we received such great care from your staff making her last days comfortable and peaceful. This hospital provides excellent care for their patients, and such peace and comfort for the family members with a commitment to be genuinely helpful. Also, thank you for finding something very serious another hospital missed.

Thank YOU!
