I went to this place in the early 90s and I had a hard time with personal issues being a young child. The guidance of the staff helped me through to this day! God bless the men and women who change my life in the best way possible! Thank you for everything!

I have had nothing but great experiences with the agency. From the director to the Licensing, Adoption and Foster Care workers have been helpful, supportive and understanding. They have all been there communicating with me via phone, email, text when I have questions or concerns day, night and weekends. I have been licensed as a foster parent for over a year and for a first impression and experience with fostering, this agency has met and exceeded anything I thought and expected it would for my experiences.

Outstanding. The Home is well run, leadership truly cares and has a great vision for the future. The improvements on the campus enhance the mission. The operation is well organized and constantly seeks improvements for all.

Im trying to start foresting / adoption process. Havent received no positive answer for a informative meeting since 3-4 moths ago. At the beginning I thought maybe this people is checking my patience and tolerance levels ... But they are just not what you read in their website. Im concerned about how are they dealing with the children in need or if is so many foresting families that they don't even care about my family trying to help.

Since current CEO started in 2015, the morale and culture of this agency went downhill real fast. Just check out all the poor reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor coming from different people at different points in time, certain validity with what everyone is saying about him.

Very poorly organized and run. Upper level management have no idea what they are doing. They are out of touch with their people ( staff and residents) and need to improve their process. The main focus should be shifted back to the people. Renovations are great for the exterior but if the internal changes aren't made then it's all for naught. A beautiful campus but no real change. The residents suffer because of the high turn over in staff. There is a rampant buddy network and culture of silence that prevails. They pile in residents they are not staffed or trained to handle. There are great staff who go above and beyond and then those that are complacent, and resistant to change.
