This company is overcharging us for services rendered. They billed for twice the amount of time that their service man was here. A credit was promised a week ago and nothing has been done. Numerous calls have been made with no response. This is the second time we have experienced being overcharged by Metal Craft.
I've heard all my life that "it just takes the right tool" to do a good job. Well sometimes it takes the right pro who has the right tool. We stopped by Metal Craft today and explained our problem. The receptionist called a machinist and in a couple of minutes he fabricated what we needed and solved what had been a problem for us for wks. Great job.
They service my furnace, and AC every 6 months, and do a great job. I'd give them 5 stars if they'd come out of the payment dark ages, and only accept a check at the time of service. I write 2 checks a year, and both are to metal craft. If they've changed since June great! It's 2020...
Exceptional. Professional personnel who provided detailed proposal in a very timely manner, Installation was on time and completed in a very professional manner. Paperwork, with all installation documents and manuals provided in a folder for ease of customer use. Would highly recommend this company.
