Its been wonderful to be a part of this company . we can learn Great Work Culture , since 4 years am working here, good place to all mechanical and Technical related software and also we can get exposure to various mechanical domain.
Do not join this company. The management is in mess. no one knows whats happening. People are asked to leave forcefully, salaries are not paid on time, no final settlement. No projects, I was asked to sit on bench for some time and then forced me to do work against my interest. New management has changed the company name to Concur Global but no change in culture, policy, projects, employee treatment. still the same issues. Even the stating team has left. MD and Operation head are aged by no experience in managing a company. It is very sad feeling, after you work very hard for the completion of project and deliver it on time, they have no respect for employees. No employee is happy, all fear for their job. Waste of time to work in such a company.
Great place to learn, the employees are more flexible with positive attitude towards the problems...

Hello everybody, please i urge strongly not to join or even do any kind of business with Merritt or Concur. They have lowest ethical, business and moral standards which any corporate entity should have to run a business. CEO who purchased this company sits in USA and has no clue or does not care on how efficiently the office is running. The other two guys MD & VP are from BEML. basically from govt sector. They have shop floor mentality and do have right temperament to run an engineering service company. Yelling and cursing on employees is like their right of way. They don't give proper resources nor ready to invest on employees. Want to run with bare minimal resources. Only motto of the company is make money at all cost, every cost without regard to ethics and integrity. Half of their software's are pirated, their IT systems and hardware are from second handle road side junk. Employees are expected to work 365 days , over time is like normal but if you expect shift allowance or cab facility or comp off then you are wrong nothing given to you. All in all this company should not have been doing business in the first place..........It is today's jumla company
This is real engineering company. Very good company, very good people like a family. enjoyed my 4 years in the company, after this it was difficult for me to work in larger company even for 5 months. Now higher education and after higher education if I work in India I will join back Merritt if they take me back.
Merritt gives very creative ideas, solves complex problems very easily, its place to work and to get technically sound as no other companies can afford.
It is the place every employee accomplished to come out of their fears on stage, present themselves confidently, work successfully with customers and partners.
I am really content to hear that there are lot of liberal alterations happening in Merritt to give much more strength to its competencies and give good service area for its clients.
It is place for engineers who wanted to grow.

Tool & Soft skills were well taught. Regular help were provided by trainer and other senior engineers learning with Practical application. Working on live projects & practical exposure had a positive impact on learning.
I have gained the confidence of building 3D models & assemblies using SolidWorks tool. The internal team of Concur were very helpful in teaching us. Since it was a paid training program, I felt bit costly. Apart from that overall experience was really good.
Apart from learning technical things through this training program, we also have learnt soft skills which are very much important to work in corporate. Also experienced the real life lessons during these days at Bangalore. Concur has got very good facility with maintained classrooms for teaching.
A good organization to build a career in the design field who are interested in the mechanical design field. Especially expertise in Solid works tool, FEA analysis and Provide good professional training for fresher engineer students, It is helpful to grow in career.

They helped me alot in carrying out my internship project , I suggest this is good place to learn Technical skills as they train freshers according to the industry requirements at present .

I have a very good experience in learning about Design and Manufacturing through this paid internship program. Got opportunity to learn SolidWorks tool and to work in Quality Department. We use to get stipend monthly. I thank the College Management and Concur team for this wonderful opportunity.
Hi, This company is very good, they will give more values for humanity, good place to learn professional ethics and we can learn practical live projects on mechanical softwares.
C-Grade company.Doesn't pay their employee on time.
Runs fake Altair Hm training programmes and promises Placement assitance.
They keep calling different CAD/CAE engineers around while they neither have potential nor projects to recruit..
It has been raided and fined (in lacs) by #Altair Engineering in 2013 for using Pirated software.
