Took truck in for warranty work. They had it 3 wee...

Took truck in for warranty work. They had it 3 weeks and they did nothing. So we picked it up. 2 weeks later they said they have parts and need it first thing Monday morning. Dropped it of Sunday night. Here it is week and half later and they just started to work on it. Yep they lost my future business. Its simple don't take your vehicle there. Since the place sold it seems to be going down hill.

Went here to get a problem fixed with my f250 no go wanted to keep my vehicle overnight came in for diagnostic and find out estimate started tearing it down and wanted to leave me stranded then told me on two other problems I was having that nothing was wrong with it still have same problems

Awesome staff! Stayed past closing to help me get into my vehicle. Elias lewis did an awesome job super friendly and even checked in a few days after buying my vehicle to see how everything was going. Highly recommend!

My issue was with service, I thought the tech work...

My issue was with service, I thought the tech working on my truck was knowledgeable, and I understand that my break down was unscheduled and time was not on my side and of course my repair was no quick fix, my problem was with the service writer or service manager, I use my pickup for over the road work, and when it s down I don t make money, I think they understood that, what they did not understand was I need updates to tell my dispatch and customers on when they can expect me, I kept calling just wanting an update or eta on when I could expect it done just even some sort of estimate on time and day, and they kept telling me they would go ask the tech and call back...... no call so hours later I d try again, same thing.... no call back, next day same thing no call back, now by dispatch and customer are mad at me because all I can tell them is idk when I ll be on the road again telling me I could loose my contract and and loose my money all because they will not give me a basic estimate on when my truck will be done, not a hey sometime tomorrow or sometime the next day nothing. That does not set well with me and paints a picture to me for the dealer as a whole. I get we all get busy but so am I and so are my customers I promise my service too, and they need answers that I won t be given

We were staying overnight in Chanute KS while traveling and had a bad experience while we were there that made it necessary for us to have our truck repaired before continuing on our trip.
The service department at Merle Kelly Ford was able to get us in on very short notice and make the necessary repairs to our truck so we could get back on the road the same day.
They also let us use a car while our truck was being repaired so that we could go have breakfast and run a few errands.
Also, one of the salesman was kind enough to allow my wife to use his phone charger while we waited for the truck repairs to be completed.
Top notch customer service all the way around!!
Thank you to the whole team at Merle Kelly Ford for making our bad day better :-)
