We're really happy with Meritech. The cost is great-- in fact, we tell other copier companies that unless they can do it for free, it's not worth us changing. And today we ran out of toner (we thought we had a backup) and they are sending someone down by lunchtime with a new cartridge! Great service. Appreciate everything they do for our agency... Thanks!
EDIT 10/8/2020... Wow, that went down hill fast. We were blindly faithful to Meritech only to find out recently that our costs with them were split over two bills and it was much more expensive than we thought. Shame on us for that mistake. Now, as we're compelled to replace our equipment by a certain deadline, the actual costs become apparent. They tell us we either need to sign a new lease, pay cash, or turn in the equipment. So we go another, much less expensive, direction and their tune changes. Now they want to claim that we didn't give notice that we want to end the lease and we could be stuck with the equipment and the cost for another year.
Meeting with company owner resulted in miscommunication of lease terms regarding the lease termination and a favorable conclusion to the problem.
Meritech has been exceptional. Their availability for meeting our needs has always been timely. Their speed to meet our needs has been great. I am VERY pleased with them as a partner working with our Pathways Hospice offices.
