Went there to watch my lads team play bridon ropes. Pitch was brilliant but ended up with a parking fine. For parking on a rough bit of hard standing by the stadium. Where are the signs about parking restrictions ??????

Nice venue, good sized function room, a good bar (that accepts card payments) & a huge balcony. The only downside was ALL the guys hated the idea of going downstairs to the main bar to use the toilets.

Excellent 4G/3G pitches, with professional lighting and all the necessary equipment. This venue also has 4 professional sized football pitches, with excellent care taking facilities.

It hosts two semi- professional football teams on the weekends, namely Bridon Ropes Fc and Meridian VP. So a great place to take the family to watch a competitive English football match. The environment is lively and exciting.

It also has a bar with a full liquor license, as well as excellent conference room spaces and Tv s to watch the Premier League if that suits you...

On to check out if you re in Charlton on a Saturday afternoon, or craving a 5 a side match with the lads.

We went there for a party where a friend had booked a hall. Not impressed with the condition of the hall. It was on the 1st floor with no access for trolleys. Cant say much about the rest of the club

A good local venue for hire, which I've DJd at a few times. Decent amount of parking and a good size main hall, with plenty of room to bring food in and serve on tables on the side. A reasonable bar with the hall, but you have to go downstairs to the main bar for some drinks.

Used for a Football presentation evening. The condition of the venue was very run down however nothing you wouldn't expect from a sports venue. Drinks were slightly overpriced and staff were quite slow and at times seemed quite clueless. Taking everything into account however the venue itself was perfect for the presentation itself as the main area is very spacious and also has a pool table plus darts board.

I only go here for the boot fair early Saturday morning but there are a few things that mean it loses a star. First of all you can t use the club it's self at all instead there is two porta loos last time I visited one had a damaged door and the other was filthy. The solution of throwing shingle on the potholes caused on the field by the cars and vans turns the entrance into a pebble beach which is impossible to take a buggy or a wheelchair over. And forget trying to change a child. Good boot fair but wouldn't know about the club house

Another place in Charlton where you can watch football. Had the privilege to see a 9th tier derby match when, Meridian played Forest Hill. Pitch and perimeter appeared to have been upgraded. The imposing club house could do with some work on it. It looks quite dated from the outside.

The football pitches are ok better than some not as good as others, the 3 G is good.
Club house is very dated and could do with a refurbish.
I had a nice bacon sandwich only spoilt by a young mum changing her baby on the Pool table in front of me, I don't know what the ladies toilets are like perhaps it was the easy option.

Good quality pitch and reasonable bar, but no real food counter, so any food orders go through the bar, which makes queuing for food long as you need to fight through the people sitting at the bar, this also stops small kids from getting their drinks, but apart from that nice place to visit.
