I recently purchased a Tesla-style screen and Carplay module from this company, and my experience was not as satisfying as I had hoped. The installation process was more complicated than expected, and the user manual lacked clarity, making it a frustrating endeavor.

After getting it installed, I encountered several quirks with the interface. The responsiveness was inconsistent, and I noticed some features didn’t function as advertised. Additionally, customer support was difficult to reach, and when I finally did, the responses were slow and didn’t adequately address my concerns.

Overall, while the concept is appealing, the execution left much to be desired. I believe there is potential for improvement, but my experience fell short of expectations.
