Mercy vocational high school Review

Mercy really lives up to its name. I know from experience that when I drop my son Luke off in the morning that he is in great hands. Mercy is extended family where your child is genuinely cared for. Mercy sees your child's potential and gives awesome guidance. Staff is always available for any concerns you may have for your student

Not a great school for your typical high school experience. But good curriculum

I graduated in 1980, and I thank God everyday for what this school has done for me, and many of my family. MERCY is a family always and forever.

Most of the teachers are extremely friendly and pretty chill with students. Especially Mrs.Mcgrew (best teacher ever) The gym is pretty cold in the winter and the cafeteria food is pretty bad. Not to mention you can't bring your own food. Most of the students are very nice. The administrators do not play around with dimerites. The Shops are great! You get to choose what you want to do and visit the shop before you make your choice. The hallways are a little crowded but most teachers will let you slide if they see your a minute or two late and out of breath. They do help you learn a lot of useful things most high schools don't consider teaching. There are plenty of clubs and sports you can do as well. It's a small school so rumors do get around pretty quickly, my advice, just don't get involved in any drama and you'll be fine. Everyone respects you for who you are despite race,gender,ethnicity,religion ex. They don't give a lot of homework. (unless your in cosmetology, then I can't help you) Some people love this school while other want to leave. It depends on you personal preference.

My daughter really enjoy going to Mercy, and for me that means a lot when teenagers enjoy their learning Experience she is doing well With her grades and for me that is all that is important. She is learning and enjoying it. I will mold her with the rest because I am and will always be her first teacher.
