Helping women obtain their GED. They offer so much extra, such as a nurse, counseling, financial counseling, child care while they are taking classes, computer labs, and more. Efficiently run by a truly caring staff.

Mercy learning center is a wonderful place I wish I knew about it much earlier. The center is amazing the staff is the best they treat everyone the same no matter were your from we are like a family there .They stay by your side until you accomplish your goals . I truly recommend every women to attend MLC..

She is good at learning English but sometimes the treatment they give women is not the best they speak to her as if they were old rags for the simple fact that everything is free I say it from vivid experience they speak very badly to women they humiliate her in front to the others and you are supposed to receive state funds and donations from private institutions to help but in my case it was not like that I DO NOT LIKE ..

I love the preface they help you in everything they can are a group of very nice people

My wafe was learning English there for a couple of months. The staff was good

There is no understanding on the part of the director instead of motivating and supporting you lower your morale. The treatment is terrible when you need the institution the most, the more they close the doors.

I am currently attending this school, & they are amazing,
They treat you like family the teachers & counselors are great,
my teacher Ms Nancy is the most awesome lady ever. She takes her time with us even when we get frustrated .
I love it here.

I really recommend it. Everything is free for women and they treat you super well, it is a great help for those who want to improve themselves

I am a past graduate from MLC I m Bridgeport Connecticut. I went to the University of Bridgeport and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Science (Psychology & Human Service). The teachers at MLC motivates me to continue my education in order to be a part of society and to contribute back to my community. I am now in the process to continue my Masters in Counseling. Helping become literate is something that everyone should try to do their share by volunteering or donating

I love the school it has so many wonderful ppl working there..

I used to go to this school but I was kicked out because my husband visited my son and I told them I was homeless and I left home because my husband abused but that was in the passed now jane the principal say I can't go back until August I don't think it Fair because I didn't read the rules I did know there was no visitor allowed so now I can't go back until August

Currently attending classes here and Love It!! Wonderful Staff and Great Support for the families
