I have used credit card processing companies for over 20 years. This company takes the cake...no customer service. You will wait on hold for an hour and then get routed to a message machine. Some of their phone numbers don't even go to their company...they are routed to random 800 numbers. Find a reputable company through a bank to process your credit cards....run from this one!
Mercury (now known as Vantiv) is an incredible company that works hard to not only help their merchants but to help the companies that depend on them as a provider. They are immensely attentive and work hard to help out their merchants and partners. Their customer service is great too!
