Mercure Frankfurt Airport Neu Isenburg Reviews

If I will take it chronologically, the check in was pretty fast and without complications (I was just wondered that the receptionist did not want to see my personal ID card, but ok). We parked our car in front of the hotel (there are couple parking places for temporary parking -but if we wouldn t ask the receptionist if we can park there, I am not sure if our car would not be towed away (maybe not, some cars were parking there overnight)-I think that the sign in front of those parking spaces is not saying that that is a temporary parking places and it is recommended to park in the underground garage, but it is just saying do not park here or your car will be towed away" (I think)-but we asked so we knew that.

My rom (number 420) was fine and clean on the first sight, but there were couple details I found that could be cleaned better to be honest (like the carpet-it has some dirty spots on it around the bed and also looks dirty by the door to the bathroom, the orange curtains/hangings had also couple dirty spots on them and the air condition grid and ceiling were a bit dusty.
By the way, is it possible to set the air-condition to less than 18 degrees? I had a feeling that no matter the set temperature was, the air coming from the air-condition was always too hot (so I decided to have a open window overnight, just the micro ventilation-this is the disadvantage of the location of the hotel, right nearby the frequented crossroad, but thats nothing what could be changed of course).

We had delicious dinner in your bar (curry coconut soup with and the burger (Mercure Neu-Isenburger) and also the breakfasts were fine.

Professional staff. Clean rooms. Nice bar. Rooms close to the elevator too noisy. No Gym.

This Hotel is perfect for everyone. We stayed for 4 days. Everything was good. When you asked for something extra you got it immediately. We were with a 3 years old child and needed a extra bed. The give us bigger room with extra bed. Just perfect

The location was great. All shops and restaurants is reachable by walk distance.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms are quite small though.

The hotel is simple, clean and comes with what you need to sleep and shower. However, the staff and management don t believe guests are able to cater for their own temperature preferences and, in winter, insist on turning all the radiators on and the in room air con facilities off. Meaning if you like to sleep in a room less than 21*c, you won t want to stay here.

Very nice place to be in. Located in a prime area which has very good connectivity to Frankfurt City. Maintainance is good and breakfast has some good options.

Clean, great service, rooms big enough. Very fast check in and out. Very kind personnel. Breakfast, yet another great selection, can satisfy all tastes and needs.

I booked a room here a month ago, arrived yesterday for work and knew I'd need to check in around 1/2am so I called the hotel to make sure that was okay. They confirmed that was absolutely fine so I went about my day. I arrived at the hotel at 2am to check in, only to be told that they had overbooked and therefore there was no room for me. Absolutely disgusting. No qualms about leaving a young vulnerable girl with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. The concierge did angrily ring around the other hotels in the area but as these were all fully booked there wasn't much point (hence why I had pre-booked a hotel, knowing everything would be full after the game). All in all, a pretty traumatic experience.
