I worked with Merchant Advocate to help lower our fees on two different merchant accounts. One account with BB&T and one with WorldPay. They made navigating these near impossible to interpret merchant statements a breeze, found the opportunities and got to work. I'd already negotiated on two occasions with WorldPay to get our rates as low as possible. They were able to knock an additional 25 basis points off our net effective rate. It was fun to watch, even the merchant processor representatives didn't understand what they were going after initially. Certainly experts in this field!
