I we or here it's an amazing place to work and very professional and the quality is unrealistic

Hello. Is the plant in operation making cars? Can there be a scheduled summer date for a visit? I ask because on the website the visitor factory is closed and we wanted to move this summer to visit it and in case we could not do it look for another alternative.

I worked here thru a temp service for roughly 6 months. From the top to the bottom I had never seen such a group of people that get along with each other and a reward system that was so inclusive. Even though I was a temp they treated me as though I was one of their own. We were rewarded with turkeys for the holidays and a Bonus check for Christmas. If you ever have the opportunity to work for them don't pass it up. The only issue I had was the process of actually being hired by Mercedes is a long hard road for most.

Just drove through this area and saw HUGE amounts of pollution in the air, companies like Mercedes Benz are ruining our climate.

There were 4 factories outputs putting off large clouds of pollution and the air smelled wretched and burnt. So disappointed in Mercedes Benz

I don't have anything good to say. Most of the people are very unfriendly.

I've been working September 14th 2014 as a subcontractor Charlotte $9 now I'm at 15.92 they sure treat me like family even though I'm a subcontractor mbusi is a great family atmosphere

Great pay, but there's hardly any time left for personal life. I had to plan for a 12 hour day including travel to and from. Morale could be better. The pay is good anyhow.

I may be a little biased because it's a place of my employment but it is a state-of-the-art facility, I have been in other that I thought was on top of their game, but this takes it to another level, would really blow you away.

I have worked here for 13 years. It is hard work but also rewarding.

Have been working here for 15+ years now. It hasn't always been sunshiny but this has been the best job I have had. I love cars and particularly Mercedes-Benz, so this was a win, win for me. You have to take the good with the bad, the ups with the downs but it all comes together when you see the finished product on the road.

There's a lady who is working with this company who is aide and abedding a guy named Deshuan Norris who has a warrant for his arrest for vandilizem/criminal mischief of a truck that I own

Great place to work with competitive pay and incentives. Employs a large number of people in West central Alabama.

No announcement that the factory tour is closed over a year and no response to any phone calls

A personal favorite place as it has been my place of work and life for more than 3 years. Loved it absolutely.

Suggest regular individuals to make advanced reservation for a plant tour which is worth spending time.

Had a tour of the factory on my brand immersion and could not be any happier with the experience. I learned a lot and earned a new respect for the vehicles Mercedes is building here in the USA. Im not sure if that is an opportunity many people out there will get to take but if you can go on a tour here.... DO IT.

This place is amazing. The efficiency and professionalism and over all the technology is cutting edge...thebest job I've ever had!!!

This is a money hungry company. They don't care about none of the workers. We are currently building cars without vital parts and are at high risk of contacting covid 19.
