Fast forward 3 years and I leased my second Mercedes from these guys. So easy to work with and really makes the experience enjoyable. Also, since day 1 I have had the same fantastic customer service oriented Service Advisor, Rick Acosta. He was a big reason I came back to this full service dealership!

I have dealt with Dan Willing for over 15 years and several vehicles. He is thorough, honest and has lets get it done attitude that is in sync with the brand. He is as much an asset to Mercedes as he is to my relationship with Mercedes

I just wanted to update I am here today with my wife s Mercedes, and Dan Willing continues to be the best. I remain after 15 years extremely impressed with the efficiency and honesty both from Dan as well as Mercedes Benz of Tampa

I have never experienced better service than here at Mercedes Benz of Tampa, my service consultant Rick Acosta is the absolute BEST. He gets everything done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tampa for any service to your vehicle, from the minute you walk through the door you feel that you're in good hands.

I went into this luxury dealer not knowing what to expect since this was my first time getting into the luxury vehicle market. I met Simo, and was immediately impressed with his enthusiasm and willingness to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Simo never pressured me, and was honest throughout the entire process, which is a rarity in the car selling business. I also met with Ali, who assisted me when Simo was not available. Both were extremely courteous and friendly. I will certainly be back to do business when my current lease is up. But for now I m going to enjoy my GLC 300. I ve never left a dealership feeling like I got the better half of the deal, not because I m a terrible negotiator, but because it s a business and I know the dealers are not going to give their vehicles away. However, for this lease I feel like I did. Great dealer to do business with...Simo, Ali, and the finance manager Noah made it a great experience.

I recently worked with Stephen King in the service department to get something fixed on my car. The customer service was phenomenal. He was very informative, helpful, responsive and caring. These days great customer service is hard to come by but I'm happy to say I've found it here. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!!

My last experience was very satisfying. I came in for a scheduled maintenance inspection. Mike Nankavich took great care of me. Knowing that the maintenance would take a few hours and that it was already late, Mike had a loner car available for my convinced. My car was ready the next morning and Mike made sure it was cleaned and vacuumed. Outstanding service.

Unfortunate poor service and un-kept promises. I had an alignment performed by the service department after my wife hit a pothole and ended up causing the right front tire to wear down to the steel braid. Since the rear tires were in good shape we rotated them to the front and replaced both front tires installed to the rear. A month later both front tires were now down to the braided steel on the inside edges. Since I live two hours north I called to make sure that scheduling a new alignment would be covered by a closer dealerships service department. The alignment was found to be off causing the problem. They then refused to cover the cost even though I was promised that they would take care of me. So now I have two more new tires and had to repay for the second alignment which should have been done correctly the first time.

Just got a my car a little over a month ago with just a little over 10k miles. I punctured my tire and it is not covered on my lease. I was not happy TBH brand new car and need a new tire. The service person Mike Nankovitch was nice enough to have Mercedes take care of everything free of cost as a courtesy.
That is how you build a long lasting relationship with a brand. I was very satisfied with the service how it was handled and how it came out. Highly recommend you service your car at this location.

I had my sprinter van worked on. You can see into the garage from the waiting room. It's very clean, and large. I doubt if they have a problem figuring out what's wrong with your vehicle. They made an extra effort to get my van done in one day. They really do make an effort to take care of their customers.

UPDATE: I had a post under the same name last week...

UPDATE: I had a post under the same name last week. A post that prompted Jordan to come out and apologize while we were in the parking lot getting ready to go. The next day back in Pinellas Julian contacted us and mentioned that they would make the sale work for the price we needed (which was a very modest discount of a couple hundred dollars to the FAIR MARKET VALUE) and was overall a help. The end of the call with Julian made me understand MBoT's(Mercedes Benz of Tampa) mindset. After he felt he appeased the customer Julian asked for a favor. He asked me to take down my review, my 1st hand account with MBot. My review hurt their image and bottom line. Guess that got their attention.Over the next few days we worked with Bruno, who by far is the best rep (out of the 4 we dealt with) that MBoT offered. He was all over us with constant calls and texts back and forth giving and receiving updates. Bruno himself gets 4, maybe 5 stars. His service was excellent as was Julian's to a lesser degree. Flash forward to today. The deal was done as paperwork between the bank and my insurance company had wrapped up. When I gave the VIN of the car to my insurance company, they(insurance) informed me that the car was a 2008 Hyundai Accent, not a 2010 as MBoT listed on Autotrader. I thought surely there is some error at work here so I checked the VIN(copy/pasted from their listing) on KBB, Carfax, and VinCheck. All three of them (our bank got a 2008 in their search) turned up no match to the VIN. This nullified the auto loan from our bank since they would only finance 2009 and newer. Either MBoT is pulling some shady business practice, or more likely, are just neglectful. In either case it is a reflection of their poor customer service.

TL;DR
MBoT tried to amend the situation by catering to us (buying us off with what was the fair deal we requested, to begin with). It took a bad review for them to take us seriously as customers, and then they dropped the ball again with shoddy advertising. I can't with a clear mind recommend this dealer TO ANYBODY, but if you're adamant that you need a Mercedes and live in the Tampa area, and are unwilling to drive to Orlando or Sarasota, please. see. Bruno. He is the only reason MBoT doesn't have ANOTHER 1 star from us.

P.S. A message for MBoT: I will not be checking this review again. So if you reply with some well worded, HR proofread message attempting to apologize once more it will only evidence your hollow, disingenuous customer service and intent of self-preservation. Not customer service. I'm honestly happy for all the customers who had a decent experience with this dealer. This is only one review from one customer, in one instance, but this is what happened to us. I feel that relaying my experience for others to judge is the fair and right thing to do. Otherwise I would not be wasting my time reviewing an establishment that I will have no further interaction with.

I had a great experience purchasing my first Mercedes earlier this week. Salesman Gary Green did a great job following up with me regarding my interest and concerns and ultimately was able to get me a really great deal. I did not feel that anyone was pushy. Everyone I interacted with, from the sales staff to Angelo in the finance department, went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. It was the most seamless transaction I have ever done with a dealership. Highly recommended.

I haven't bought a car from the Tampa location, but my wife and I usually get our car serviced here. From the service aspect, they are excellent. The staff is friendly and they work quick. The dealership is very clean and they even clean your car once completed. The location is on Dale Mabry which can get pretty busy at times. But then again, location is everything.

I ve decided I m going to share the buying situation I had with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa in hopes to keep others from making the mistake that I did. I have contacted Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and given them an ample amount of time (6+months) to correct their mistake and make this situation right, and they have failed to do so, it s extremely unfortunate because I have been a loyal consumer, and I have referred tons of people to the Tampa store.

I leased a Mercedes through Mercedes of Tampa, when my lease was coming to an end I decided to contact a sales agent by the name of (Vito) that I was referred to, to ask about financing/purchasing my leased vehicle. We discussed that Tampa Mercedes-Benz would send in any final money owed to Mercedes-Benz financial in order to complete the purchasing\financing of my vehicle. Vito originally was wonderful, he made the purchasing process extremely convenient for me by coming to my place of business for me to sign final paperwork, at that time he told me that everything was said and done and that Mercedes of Tampa would be sending all the final paperwork over to Mercedes-Benz financial and that was that.... or so I thought. Six months later I noticed that my credit score took a dramatic plunge, and days later I was contacted by a collections agency representative letting me know that A final payment on my vehicle(at the end of the lease) wasn t made, I immediately called Mercedes-Benz financial to see what was going on, the lady told me that all LEASE payments have been made but the lease of the vehicle had gone over because Mercedes-Benz of Tampa sent the final paperwork in after the lease ended. I reach out to Vito to let him know what was going on and he insured me that he would look into it and be in touch, (he was of no help, it felt like since he had sold me the car he could ve cared less to figure this out and help me out) I then immediately called Mercedes Benz of Tampa and spoke to the Finance manager by the name of Lam, he was very kind and told me that he would look into the situation and be in touch. I asked him if I could go ahead and make that final payment to Mercedes-Benz financial and be reimbursed personally (I am in the homebuying process and I did not want this to affect anything for me anymore than it already was by having dropped my credit score over 100 points) he called me back and insured me that he was writing a check out and putting it in the mail immediately, he asked me for my address so I figured I would be expecting a check in the mail. A few days later he reached back out asking for my mailing address one more time. I gave it to him. A couple weeks later I had still not received the check so I contacted him, he then tells me that the check was not approved to be sent. He had never called me to let me know that whoever higher up had said to not send me my reimbursement check. He said he would talk to the manager again and call me back, I never received a call. A week later I decided to call and I left him a voicemail to please return my call, that very day I was text messaged by the sales agent Vito telling me that there was nothing more that they could do. Why wouldn t The financing manager return the voicemail that was left for him? He has the sales agent Vito send me a text... it was just so distasteful and poorly handled...And needless to say extremely unprofessional. I since started to do some research and looked at Better Business Bureau just to find that there is another person on there with almost the very same situation as mine. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after this review. Tampa Mercedes-Benz must be held liable

Just returned from the Service Dept. First, somewhat pricey. Second they (somehow) made the car smell of grease, Its a 2017 ! But they did complete the repair (broken center latch of armrest. They also did good on my warranty work. But the car has an odor in it now, disappointing.

They were able to expedite fixing the problem and had a good selection of loaner vehicles to choose from. It would help if they were able to give an estimate as to when the car should be done so plans can be made to pick it up, or to have service open on Sundays just for vehicle pick ups. Also, the car us never clean when I get it back. You can yell they run the vaccum through it but there is still sand/dirt/hair in most of the car. Very friendly staff.

The only reason I come to this dealership is because of Jesus Valiente in the service department. He is the sole reason for me going back to the dealership as he makes all of my service interactions seamless. If you plan on doing anything service related ask for Jesus Valiente.

My wife had a flat tire on her C300 while passing through Tampa about a month ago and Bob Net and team at MB Tampa went out of their way to extend their courtesy and professionalism to take care of her at that time. I even spoke to Bob during the process and was very impressed with how professional he was in handling the matter even though this was not our actual dealership. 5 stars to Bob and team.

Fausto Torres was helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. After having a less than optimal experience at a competing dealership, we went to MB of Tampa. This was a good move. Here, we felt at home, without sales pressure, and much more comfortable in our decisions. They made sure that our 3 kids were happy with complimentary smoothies and movies. Fausto was very responsive to any of our enquiries, and remained so even after the sale was finalized.

We ve had the pleasure of working with Maurice Locklin for 2 recent Mercedes acquisitions. He is friendly, very professional and knows his product. We leased one off the lot and built the other. Throughout the entire process we never felt pressured and were informed every step of the way.

We are 25 year BMW people and we are so happy we stopped by the dealership for a look that day. I have already recommended Mercedes Benz of Tampa and specifically Maurice.

It's always a great experience at Mercedes of Tampa. What a team I have that works with me. Simon Tickett...but now he is gone. Fortunately, Adil Zidouhia is still there and even though he is in finance, he virtually sold me my newest Mercedes Benz Vehicle which I just purchased recently. As long as Jaleel Khan is still my Service Advisor I feel well taken care of which is why I continue to pass two other Mercedes Dealerships on my way from home to Mercedes of Tampa!

He is excellent and is very knowledgeable never pushy and always looking out for his costumer. Certain warranties he recommended saved me thousands in the long run. Excellent job!

Buyer beware when leasing from the dealership!! I have 2 CLA's I leased and one is coming due to turn in so I received a call from Mecedes Financial letting me know the fees involved to return the car. Apparently this is a 595.00 return fee IF you don't lease or purchase another Mercedes, that was never mentioned ONE time during my 2 experieces leasing Merecedes. I have NEVER had to pay a return fee for a leased car before. I will NEVER purchase another Mercedes ever again. There are way better and higher quality cars that cost the same or less and that won't intentionally hide fees. Mercedes are a dime a dozen now just like Nissan and Toyota

I ve been coming to the Tampa dealership for over five years now and during that time Ellen Tackett has been my representative. She is incredible. Has helped me from fixing my stereo phone interface to purchasing new tires. She recommends products and cues me in to the latest offerings from Mercedes. Ellen is more than my consultant, over the years she s become a friend and someone I can trust to give me the correct information for my situation. She has got me in and out when dropping my car off for service in record time. She is professional, courteous and always, but always greets me with a huge and welcoming smile. She is a pleasure to deal with and reflects and service very unheard of in today s do it yourself retail environment. She makes your company more than shine. For me, Ellen in Mercedes and she is a big impact in my decision to continue to buy Mercedes.

I am constantly disappointed with the customer service of this establishment, which is unfortunate because I love my car. The staff are bad at communicating and have often given me incorrect price and time (of service) estimates. I have taken my car here three times and received the same quality of service.

Chip and Juli made sure I was fully taken care of and that my car was fixed correctly before I left. Chip sat with me in the car for half an hour to make sure my XM radio was working and set up properly. They were kind and friendly throughout and made my experience seem like less of a chore and more like fun. Thanks again!

Jesus Valiente sets the standard by which all other Mercedes Services Advisors should follow. We are recently moved to Fl after my wife retired from the Air Force. The Air force core values are Integrity First, Service before self, and Excellence in all that we do. Jesus is the physical embodiment of these values. On my most recent trip, as I was dropping off my wife s C300 for a B service, I noticed the service department was quite busy; however, Jesus focused all of his attention to addressing our concerns, no matter how trivial they were. A young man approached Jesus as he was finishing up with me and informed Jesus that he was needed to act as a translator for a client who was on the phone. Jesus wrapped up our ticket without missing a beat and then went on to assist another service advisor and client.
A short time later, Jesus reached out to me to relay the findings of the inspection. He could have easily added some issues to the must address category; however, he was honest and forthright concerning the issues.
Jesus can multitask and dose the right thing when no one else would know if he didn t, which is, the definition of Integrity. For these reasons, I will return to the service department of MB of Tampa for all of my future maintenance needs.

My appt was noted on the board when I arrived. I was immediately connected with my advisor for the appt. The advisor I had on a previous appt recognized me and jumped into to assist too. The team work was really appreciated. I was in and out in an hour and was able to get a lot of work accomplished while I waited. I appreciate that the dealership accommodates for working remotely.

I purchased my first Mercedes almost two years ago at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. I thought the buying process went ok and ended up really liking my car. Since the purchase of my C-300 I have been bringing in my car for scheduled maintenance and need to say my service advisor Rick Acosta has been outstanding!
Every time I come in Rick has been super attentive, knowledgeable, and made my visits to the dealership a great overall experience. During my last visit I told him I was considering upgrading to a new C-43 and he introduced me to Mark Grey who took the time to listen to my needs and has now helped me pick out my new purchase.
Both Rick and Mark are great to work with and deserve much credit for their excellent customer service.

I am more than pleased with the deal, service, and my new car showing up on a flat bed in front of my house. South Florida Mercedes Dealerships (Autonation) really need to learn a lesson from this!
