Mercedes-benz of ontario Review

Oh my goodness where do I start at I went there October 18 2020 & brought a GLC 300 2020 brand new have multiple issues with the car took the car over to the service department over more then 20 times nothing was ever done . Nothing was ever done then finally they told me they cannot find my car they told me that they can trade me out they traded me to a 2021 GLE 350 once again nothing but problems with this car I requested a buyback with Mercedes man she would say but because the dealership have animosity towards me my buyback was canceled the service manager Chris never wanted to fix the brake pads on the car or the rotors he told me it was up to Mercedes-Benz she would say to get the OK my understanding that was incorrect information it s up to the service manager discretion to fix the problem he thought that it was not a need to fix it so he didn t fix it me and I found was an accident June 26 due to negligence at this car dealership Never again will I come here they ripped me off for 60,000 dollars I have to have the car towed because my family is does not feel safe anymore

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Simon demonstrated superb service. We called 45 minutes before closing and he had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. We didn t feel any type of conscious or unconscious bias from any staff ; this was quite comforting. They put more work into their actions than just offering kind words and cliches.
I will more than likely purchase more cars from this dealership in the foreseeable future.

Came here with my parents who wanted to buy me a car for college graduation! Everyone was so hospitable, and they even had a Mandarin speaker, Scott Bi, who was an absolute godsend - my parents don t speak English and I would ve had a hard time translating if not for him. He patiently walked us through every step of the process until we drove it out of the lot, and he gave us a great deal! Thanks Scott!
