Worst car brand in egypt , after sales service is zero , 6 month delay for spare parts & they never respond for customers complaint

I have a very critical issue with Mercedes in Egypt Branch that a bought a CLA 180 Car from Mercedes Katameya Branch from 8 days only and I suddenly heard a sound in the gear box from day one, So I went immediately to Mercedes branch and they told me that there is an issue in the Gear Box and need to be repaired, This is Not accepted my any means for me to take a Zero Car with Gear Box issue , I can share all information with photos, I am not accepting to repair a Mercedes 700KM car at all & by the way.
