Terrible company how can you be an electric company and not have a 24 hour libe to report an outage you guys need to fix your system

Friendly and competent staff.
Clean exterior and interior.
Irrigation water, hydroelectric power generation, electric service distribution, lakes, parks entertainment and river conservation. Steward of our precious natural resources.

Be careful if you have a family member make a cash payment because my sister made a payment over there 150.00 for my mom and they must have put the payment towards someone else's account . We tried to talk to someone working there over the phone they were really rude to us.

Have had this company since 2016. Had a bad meter at the house I was renting and the employee had to physically come out and read the meter and put a random number, turned out to be 470 dollars and in the history of the house from 2004 there had never been a bill higher than 200. I figured out the meter was bad when it said 0000000 so there was no way they read a number. Plus they weren t going to replace the meter until I went out and saw it was broken. Went the the government public utility commission and reported and they said since they are privately owned by the city there was nothing they can do but encouraged me to fight them in a letter but I can t afford a lawyer for something like that. Now I live at a apartment complex and they are still terrible. Don t miss one payment they ll shut off the power no matter how much. I m so happy I m moving and can go back to PGE.

It's sad this is our only choice for electricity. They use their power to the fullest unfortunately.
