Wow. Wow. Wow. Words can't describe this. You must see and experience for yourself. My favorite rooms were the China Town district where dancers engaged in visitors with hula hoops and the house itself. You can spend 2 hours here or 6. Up to you.

It s so difficult to put this experience into words. Amazing, beautiful, mesmerizing... none of these words capture the euphoria and excitement kindled in the soul wandering around this maze of inter dimensional portals and psychedelic fun houses. This place will transport you back to the wonderment of a child s imagination mixed with the delusions of an acid trip. I recommend setting aside hours of your day as each step on this journey is a deep and immersive experience all to itself. Every room yearns for you attention and touch. There is something for everyone, kids, teens, adults, elderly. If for any reason you were not sure about going let this be your sign from the universe. GO! You will not regret it. It is well worth the 25$ a ticket.

Interesting place but very busy, fun for little kids and adults but if you want to solve the mystery you want to leave the kids at home. After spending quite a bit of time there we are still unsure if we saw it all. Lots of work and time went into the creating of this house. The price was a little steep about 22 for adults and 17 for kids.

It took me a few minutes to start to appreciate the creativity, and scope of this place. But once I started to experience this interactive adventure, I was completely drawn in. It is fantasy and fun, but there is also real genuine artistic value too. The entire exhibit ties together and loops back in remarkable ways. I won't say more, because surprises are the best. And there are plenty of those in this place. I hope you go!

Nothing can really prepare you for what this place is. I was there for more than an hour and all I have are more questions about all the different rooms, features and interactive displays. As an adult my curiosity was truly entertained. There was too much going on to ever understand it all in one visit. I'm going again and bringing friends.

Very creative space that clearly was thoughtfully put together. However, it can be VERY overwhelming for people with sensory issues. I don't recommend this place for small children.
I liked the idea of the over arching story line, but it was impossible to follow because it was sooo crowded. I think they should limit the number of participants allowed in at a time.

This place is amazing. You have to check it out if you're in the area, especially when it's only $20 to enter. You can also exit and clean back again in the same day. Kind of hard to describe the experience as you need to try it out to really appreciate what they have done here.

This place is amazing. So cool. An experience unlike any other for kids and adults alike. Staff in the children's area is super friendly and great with the kids. There is also an all-gender restroom.

Unbelievable experience! It feels like your in a dream and escape reality when seeing this place. Highly recommend! Have been here 3x and brought various family and friends to see. Staff are always friendly and helpful, restrooms are accessible and clean. Parking can get full and crowds later in the day but worth the experience, recommend going earlier in day and setting aside at least 3 hours to have the full experience. Looking forward to their new opening locations!

Meow Wolf is truly an exceptional experience. One enters in the middle of an eccentric puzzle filled story and then has to navigate through the clues to make a sense of the storyline. I spent a day here but that was also not enough to figure out everything. This place is weird in a beautiful way and is worth every penny.

Cool concept where art meets mystery. I wish they would tell you there is no solving this and it's up to interpretation. I spent a lot of time processing clues with the expectation I was going to solve it. Very awesome imgination and modern art.

Bizarre in the best way! Got there before opening on Saturday and others had the same idea. If you can go on a weekday you'll enjoy the lighter crowds. Saw people of all ages and types. Go with a mind open for some oddity and make sure to check out the grab bag/surprise art in the old cigarette machine.

Even with the wait to get in, I still feel it's 5 . The place is fun and the story is interesting. Great customer service as well. You can also have some craft beers and purchase merchandise to support the artists. If you get a chance to go, GO. It's worth it.

Where to even start. You could kill a good three hours here, easily. For the first hour you're going to be utterly dazzled by the surreal artpieces and incredibly intricate layout. The diversity of the rooms is amazing too - there's a room that feels straight out of a black and white 30s cartoon right next to a vividly neon hall with this bizarrely futuristic feel (which also hosts occasional shows, would love to see that).
Then there's the mystery they give you to solve, which is a densely layered story with a huge philosophical aspect that takes a looong time to wrap your head around (much less fully understand). Countless photographs, diaries, newspapers, notes, websites and so on are there for you to sift through... I can only imagine how long it took these artists to put all this together. It's an utterly staggering art experience, and you should stop reading this review and go.

It's no teamlab Borderless, but it's the closest I've gotten so far in the US. The worst part about it was a plasticity smell throughout the space. Second worst was how crowded it was. Other than that, very visually interesting and fun to explore.

This place was worth the wait spent like 90 minutes just to get inside, and another 2.5 hours inside so far. I'm posting this from the sitting area in the tree with the brain thing while I write this. Parking was a challenge because I didn't get here early enough so I ended up parking a block away. Still a great place to see and I'm glad my friend and I went!

As soon as you near the parking lot, you know this place is special. A bowling pin sign and three giant sculptures. Once inside its non stop surprises. Some incredibly talented and creative people have created an wonderful experience for adults and kids. A must do.

This is a must see/do in Santa Fe. Pictures only do so much. You have to come over and experience it for yourself. So many things to look at and interact with. And you can stay for as long as you like (until they close). Highly recommend checking this out!

I always feel violated at meow wolf. The "performance art" people will sneak up on you and touch you. And if you want to go over to the restrooms, they will follow you. Besides that, it's fine.

This place was unbelievably epic. What an awesome creative idea that became a reality, something you have to experience at least once in your lifetime! What made my groups experience even better (hard to imagine that s possible) was the staff. They were so kind and helpful. Before heading in, we spent quite some time at the bar, where the Bar Manager, Eric, and his staff took good care of us. They were such an awesome open group to chat with and they are the epitome of mixologists. Their cocktails are delicious and so creative. You know every ingredient in each cocktail was well thought out! When I m back in NM, I m definitely going back!

Went here without the kids but I think they would have liked it. My favorite room was the lazer harp, so I'm glad we found it. Also enjoyed the room with the DJ buttons. I'm not sure we saw everything. I love art, children's museums and science museums but I didn't love this. Probably 80% was just kind of meh and 5% gave me a dark vibe. Still interesting and novel and we will likely take our kids when the Las Vegas location opens.
No need for more than maybe 1 pair of 3D glasses for 2-3 people as we didn't find a ton of stuff that was enhanced by them.

The best way to describe this place is to say it is a hands on museum mystery with a sci-fi and fantasy flair.
I enjoyed all of it though I am pretty sure I missed some rooms. We did not try to solve the mystery but instead just took in the museum which took about 3 hours. Next time I'd like to try to solve the mystery.

This place is way cool and super unique. But, in the last year it's became super popular. Now walking through here consists mostly of waiting in lines. This ruins that magic and appeal of this place. They need to start limiting the amount of people they let in or build a huge expansion.

Amazing place! Carnival fun house meets art project. We could have spent all day. I love that the pass is good all day - come in the morning, break for lunch, come back in the afternoon! Not stroller or wheelchair friendly, too many doorways to duck through and passage ways to crawl. So much fun.

This place is something you really don't want to miss out on. I really can't completely explain the art, but be sure to look at the pictures and videos for this place as they are no lie. Not only is Meow Wolf filled with eye and mind pleasing art, it's also a great place to see your favorite music artist if they're performing here.

This place is very unique and one of the best and most exclusive art exhibits. Everything is interactive and if you mess with stuff you are guaranteed to find something. There are lots of hidden doors and entrances, and lots of places where you have to crawl. You can also follow a story narrative and find it out yourself, there is so much information on it, full books and more. You can explore however you want though, there is no wrong way.

An interactive mind blowing experience for both the young and old. Well worth the drive from Albuquerque. We went up had lunch and spent two plus hours in here. Amazing. Fun place for a date night too.

First Visit. I wasn't sure what to expect, and it was beyond what I thought. Once we got into the 'spirit' of things, we had a great time. We were with a group of 8 and at first it was hard to keep everyone together. We got into the maze of things and ventured on. Suggest if it is your first visit, get the 3-D glasses, and try opening every door you find, secret areas are everywhere! FUN times. Loved that the art, carpet, and several areas are 3-D.

Place is really only entertaining to kids. The story about the house makes no sense. Even if you were interested its overwhelming crowded with kids and you quickly lose interest. Granted its not anyone's fault that its busy but other then a few "Instagram-able" photos i don't see the magic. In my 30's and a lot of my friends have ventured to it and felt the same. When i went it cost $18 and i felt that was a lot to walk through a building that was only mildly amusing. Now its $28 for non New Mexico residents. Take the money and go grab some cocktails somewhere.

The less you know going in the better. Fun for every age, I'm not even exaggerating. Our family of three, with a toddler, went twice for a total for 4ish hours and would go back again if ever in the Santa Fe.
