Went there today and NO ONE THAT WAS AN EMPLOYEE WORE A SINGLE NAMETAG! Never going there again!

Not so good stuff is not friendly more expensive than in other stores not liked

Great store, employees are awesome, owners are always there. Competitive prices. great meat dept. PJ IS THE HARDEST WORKING MAN I KNOW.

My mom loves this store. It is family run and in the past, they have been willing to see if they can special order items she's asked about. I like that. They do have certain items that I can't find at other stores.

But they do have limited space compared to the chain grocery stores and that means they have to pick and choose what to stock--so sometimes variety is limited.

Nice friendly people, I always get my meat there because of quality. Little pricey but worth it for those that arent on a budget.

Nicely stocked shelves and good bulk peanuts. Also friendly staff. Some items are a bit too pricey.

Everyone who works there are very nice, and treat you like family. I would recommend this family store to all my friends.

Place is a ways so cold inside. Cashier are not friendly. I try to avoid to shop there. However the deli has fresh neats.

Great little old tyme grocery store! Many things that I buy in a large grocery store I couldn't find there.

Narrow aisles but not too crowded and decent prices

Mentor Family Foods is a great family-owned grocery store. The service in the meat department is far superior to anything you would receive at any of the chain grocery stores. They also carry a variety of imported European foods that you won't find at other stores. Happy to support a family-owned local grocery.

It's a great place to shop. I especially love their Rib Steaks, Sausage, produce, and fresh breads.

Just a great store, with a tremendous meat section, excellent prices, and super service, never a wait in line! Try the deli section, you will not be disappointed. I started to go there about 8 months ago and since then, have been very well pleased. Support Local Family owned businesses!

Clean store and friendly staff. Have every thing I need without walking a mile from one end of the store to the other. Easy and fast in and out.

We are so happy to have this store close by. They have a great deal of variety I usually do not have to go to another store after to find something. The isles are a bit cramped but realistically that's probably because they carry so many brands and products. The manager has gone out of his way to accommodate my last minute shopping trip. I thought they were open until 9 but realized they closed at 8. It was like 7:57 when I came in and a Cavs playoff game was about to start but they still let me get what I needed so I didn't have to go to another store. So far every item we've ever bought from sour cream to fruit to steak has been satisfactory.

I'm all about supporting small, local businesses. Would much rather give my money to them vs a a big grocery store chain. Great meat, good selection of produce - good prices on most items. Forget about chips, cookies. cereal or any of that middle aisle stuff=expensive. Wait for a sale. Most recently have had issues with pricing. Remember when cashiers knew what was on sale? On my last visit I saw a sign above the navel oranges, limes and lemons. 5 for $1.99, any combo. Put 3 oranges, 1 lime and 1 lemon in bag. When I go to checkout, she starts ringing them separately. I told her about the sign and after a couple of other people get involved, sign is confirmed. A couple of the cashiers were rolling their eyes like I was being nuts over the difference and this has happened more than once. It's the principle of it, if it's marked a price, it should be that price, especially since I only bought the item because it was on 'sale'. Done with my rant :o)

Nice place to stop for a few quick things or even shop a little. Everyone that works here is so friendly and sweet, especially a few of the girls that work up front.

Only complaint is they are getting rid of name brands and replacing with food land. Only two of oj and they both have pulp. Apples and bananas really reasonable. Meat always good as well as Deli meatd

As always the people are nice the store is clean and the prices are competitive.
All in all I rate MENTOR FAMILY FOODS as the best place to do your shopping on a weekly basis.

I ve been shopping here each week for years. I like giving my business to a local market and the people/products are great. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and requests.

Pretty nice selection most of the time although the prices are a bit more steep. Overall the store is clean and stocked and staff has always been helpful and friendly towards my family.

Cute little local grocery store . Surprises by their variety and very reasonable prices . I just stopped in to see what they had to offer . I bought some cookies , a noodle side dish , and candy . Their Jimmy's chocolate chip cookies are delicious. I will be back .

This is a friendly, great-priced food store. I have become a fan!

They have a little bit of everything and even some things I can't find anywhere else. More expensive than your standard grocery store but not by much. Good place to go when you forgot something at another store and need it in a pinch.

The deli is great and they always cut it the way you want it!! It has a nice family feel to it, not too large and not a chain!!

Great little old days neighborhood market.
Ground beef is ground in house. No little rubbery bits and very tender. Boars head luncheon meats. And a little European section of things you won't find anywhere else.

Always quiet people went there.... regular store than big store like Giant Eagles

My family has been shopping at MFF for years. Not only is it close and convenient to our home , but it provides us with good food options. There always seems to be someone restocking the fresh produce, and the meat department will get about anything you ask for. Little to no seafood, but I don t mind. The store feels and looks clean and the staff is friendly. Support this local gem!

Take a step back in time and enjoy an retro Grocery store with a modern twist..You can everything you need at a far price...plus many items not found in the box stores....one more tidbit they have very friendly knowledgeable people that are not shy to help you. This place is one of Mentors gems.
