If there is no star it's better without stars!

I booked from 4 days ago for a studio type Non-Smooking room. When checking in suddenly there is no Non-Smooking room if you still want the Non-Smooking room to upgrade to a better room and it must pay according to the rate!

Based on my experience, if a hotel cannot provide rooms that are booked, then the obligation of the hotel to provide a better room without having to pay anything!

Hotel with service good, BF is really good, swimming pool is the most liked ... All good
