Got into a bad accident and was dehydrated the hospital refused to give me water and people behind the desk were making fun of how I looked. I m not so mad about it but it s really shows how pathetic you are when you re a grown adult making fun of a high school student s looks after they just lost their car and almost their life. Never again, I d rather die in transit to a remote hospital than to give this place another penny.

I have been visiting the Cancer Center at Memorial Regional for the past 10 months with a great experience. Excellent attendance from Dr. Blaya, Dr. Maria, Joyce and personel. My mom also has dementia and today I was not able to be with her in the waiting room, tough for her and for me. Had to wait for 30 mins aprox. and she was very anxious (I had to wait outside). I believe the guards could have been a little more sensitive to her condition. We are both vaccinated and wore mask. The waiting room was almost empty. Thank God I was able to accompany her to the lab and Joyce and Dr. Maria were as sweet as always and she was able to complete here appointment. People greeting and receiving cancer patients need to be more sensitive.

8 hours to give my wife some eye drops and discharge papers. This was after the Dr who was supposed to see her left without doing so and had to come back from weston. Then ended up at the wrong hospital. Several patients walked out. A patient down the hall from my wife was throwing chairs. None of the staff were very attentive and my wife couldn't so much as get water while there. Almost 9pm and still no discharge papers yet. I wouldn't send an animal here let alone a human

I delivered here my first child and that was such an excellent experience! The nurses and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and loving, they taught me how to take care of my child, supported me and came upon first call. The food was super tasty and adjusted to my diet, the room was more like a 5* hotel rather than a hospital room. My husband stayed with me, he was also provided with a separate bed and meals. Thank you for what you do! Special thanks to nurses Alexandra and Anna!

I stayed at this hospital for 5 days and my baby even longer. I can't thank enough all the nurses and PCA's who took care of me. They were very kind, friendly, understanding. Thank you Windy,Violetta,Brittany etc. Unfortunately, I don't remember all the names. The hospital and accommodations are well organized, clean, new. And their NICU is considered to be one of the best which is true.. Everything is more than 5 stars.Thank you so much!!! But they do need to open the main entrance for visitors to NICU, as the distance is very long, especially for people who are after surgery

My husband was transferred to the CV ICU in January to be evaluated for a heart transplant. He received top notch care from all providers. Dr. Dumitru and her team are brilliant, thorough, and professional. He would not be alive today if not for the Memorial West ER team and the Total Heart Center at Memorial Regional.

Had a horrible experience with the front desk at Johnson memorial, I quickly realize no matter who you talk to either supervisor or regular guard they all are the same. Very poor communicative skill, unprofessional, and think that in the hood some where. But you know what I m not upset with them, I m mad at Johnson memorial administration for hiring them.

I will never be utilizing this hospitals services ...

I will never be utilizing this hospitals services ever again. Absolutely horrible experience.

My wife was left in a bed, with a ruptured fallopian tube and internally bleeding, for nearly 15 hours. During this time she called me numerous times crying and begging for me to get a nurse, because she was unable to. 15 hours. If you have an actual emergency, take the extra 15 minute drive to another hospital, you'll likely get in quicker and won't have to listen to your loved ones suffer for hours on end. The bedside manner of most of the nurses was abysmal, as well. Cracking poor-taste jokes while my wife was reeling in pain is a new low bar.
