Melia Benidorm 4* Sup. Review

We had a very pleasant three nights at the Melia Benidorm. Using "points" and a promotion the price was fantastic. We always chose a Level room for the benefits it offers.

5* service 5*room and 5* staff. The best hotel I have ever been to. Fantastic place and Nothing wanted for. Go for the Level experience, treat yourself free executive lounge with free drinks and tapes. Service is next to perfect.

What a wonderful place to stay!! We were placed here as our hotel was closed. Facilities are excellent, food is lovely and varied, staff are friendly. Everything clean, and great entertainment team! Fully recommend!

It was absolutely amazing staying in this hotel, since we enter the lobby staff was trying to provide best service, from high floor its full breathtaking view to the city. Wanted to highlight the restaurant with delicious Mediterranean cousin. Highly recommended. All requests was shortly solved and we received gift from hotel which is highly appreciated.

7 days holiday=perfect.Good for families with kiddos.Lovely entertaiment in the evening with Nachos and his mates.staff very friendly.

Room: relaxing sofa, queen-size bed, extensive minibar , Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, speakers, iron and ironing board. Large balcony with nice views to the sea and nice sunset.

The spacious bathroom had a hairdryer, bathrobe, comfortable slippers and a wide range of Rituals bathroom amenities.

The level service with private reception, breakfast buffet, Soft drinks all day, happy hour 18:00-19:00

Amazing ground floor that gives you that exotic holiday impression. Beach nearby (although recommended to find beaches outside Benidorm!). Clean building, rooms are big enough (2 persons). Nice outside and indoor pools. Only big downside is that you can only prefer a 'couplesbed', we got 2 beds which can easily move out of place, which is pretty annoying. With check-out it is arranged ridiculously, we were waiting for 45 minutes where staff just went out for "a few seconds" and never to be seen again. We had a good experience overall, but there definitely is room for improvement.

We called in here on our way back to the car for a coffee The public bar is really nice, modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. Excellent coffee and lovely cold beers The atmosphere is relaxed and chilled. A very pleasant way to end the day

Food typical Spain but tasty and plenty of it. Rooms nice. Reception area could do with a dust and clean. Look from above floors and you can see what I mean.

Wonderful hotel, clean and well kept in all areas. Food was great, plenty of options for everyone.
