Meli tours/TLT supplied a shuttle bus from Rhodes Airport to our hotel in Rhodes town. I foolishly left my wallet on the shuttle bus which left before I realised my mistake. I contacted the firm who telephoned the driver and the wallet was found and returned to me on the next shuttle bus to my hotel
An excellent response to a situation that would have ruined our holiday. My wife and I cannot thank you enough

Just having a trip with Meli Tour.... Unfortunately one of the lady guide, Magdalena, does not know how to treat company client's, is rude .... lack of manner. She should not represent Meli Tour. The client does not deserve bad treatment as long as client pays a service, a trip.
