Been there couple of times Good views but still think it's but over rated

Stunning view of Melbourne. Best time to go is during a clear sky afternoon, so you can stay until after sunset. The edge experience however is not really worth it.

Well-designed observation deck that allows you to see the entire city from all directions. It is strange that most of the tourists are Asian. They were once seeking Europeans to insist on their backyardism, but now they are looking for an identity as a multi-ethnic nation.

one of the tallest buildings in Australia. When I was there, there was also a big exhibition of motorcycles in the entrance area. At the vantage point there is a lot of information about construction time, history and distances to other places. The absolute height point is the extendable glass block. You can get into the glass block for a small extra charge. This glass block then moves out of the facade of the building. That gives you the feeling of flying over the city, very exciting.

Terrible paid to go up the lift then expected to pay more for the skydeck. I felt that the money I paid should have covered the deck as well. This is how it sounded when i booked.

It felt so good to be at the top of MelB. It wasnt very busy when i was there and the environment was perfect. So i loved it. So make sure the weather is clear and it is not a busy time of the week.

Great experience, 88 floors up commanding a great 360 degree view of Melbourne.

A great location for tourists, parking next door was great; specially for lowered vehicles.

I came here when it was a windy day so the edge was not available, but luckily it was just before the sunset. The ride up the 88 floors was extremely exciting in a way. My ears were blocked by the pressure. I was extremely impressed with the photoshoot that was available. $15 may be a steep price, but the final result is extremely nice (it is fine to ask them to retake it, and you will also get a digital copy as well!) There is also a $5 photo booth there (coins only though!) From the tower, you can spot all the places around the city. The view of the city at night is extremely nice. Slowly you see the lights turn on. Other than that, you can also send a postcard from the highest letter box in Australia. It is a great experience.

Amazing place to have great view of city. Visiting in summer, try to be there around 8 PM to watch transition from day to night.

Not worth the money - save your money and visit the Skydeck/Goldcoast instead

Take the high-speed elevator, on the 88th floor, you can overlook the city of Melbourne 360 degrees, and the South Pacific in the distance, it is worth a visit.

Another great one for the visitor to get a terrific view of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Went up there for 360 degree view of Melbourne city, watching sunset and fireworks from Crown. Absolutely fantastic and amazing.

The location is very high, you can see the entire city, if you can go to see at night, the night scene must be beautiful, but unfortunately not

Its beautiful for sky n star view, but still no heart to try the edge. :(

Wow this place is really cool.You could really see all of melbourne from up here.I would recommend seeing in person eventhough you can see photos or videos from youtube . it is very good experience truly going there

Really nice views, nice outside area with telescopes which were good fun. There was a good amount of information around, and wasn't too busy at 12 pm. The edge lookout wasn't particularly worth it, as the view below was a bit disappointing, however the experience was good anyway.

The view is great, especially at night, but the indoor lighting reflection at the glass window kinda make it hard to snap a decent photo.

The outdoor balcony experience was nice. We came in late April and the wind can get a bit too cold.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The sliding glass box called 'Edge' is an additional 12 AUD op top of your entrance fee. You can't bring you own camera, they mounted a camera in the box to capture your moment there. Oh, they charge for that too.

Great view over the city for a reasonable entrance fee.

Security is horrible.

Metal detector at the gate, but if you set it off you are simply asked if you are wearing a belt. Reply yes and you are free to walk on.

Last time I checked most people carrying weapons also have belts

I went there to see the sunset and stayed a little to see the city lights, it was beautiful and a must thing to do while visiting Melbourne!

observation deck on 88th floor in melbourne. but not that high like 290m. can enjoy 360 view of entire city.

This place is breathtaking for an anniversary date or a first date. It has the same feeling as being on the empire state building.

Too expensive. They have not labelled places to look out for near glasses. They let too many people to enter at once. Not worth the money

We weren't expecting the deck to actually come out from the wall, we thought it was static.

The view is mezmerising.. you can see all the important locations of the melbourne city.. open observation is really cold and amazing.. free wi fi.. sit and enjoy the view.

Amazing view of Melbourne South Wharf, MCG, Flinder St. Station etc can be seen . Sunset gives awesome feeling.

Nice views.. You should go at that time when you can enjoy both day and night time views. Also, pack your food and enjoy it there with family.
